We had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Empire Today, their staff, and the flooring crew!! Alphonso was our sales consultant and he was very professional, polite and answered all our questions. Judith, the installation supervisor came to our house twice and reviewed the job that Jaime and his crew were doing. They demoed 2753 Sq ft., on 3 levels and installed LVP and new baseboards in the entire house, including 4 sets of stairs and MANY bullnose corners. All in 2 weeks from start to finish! We LOVE our new flooring and baseboards! We will refer our friends to Empire Today and Jaime and his installation crew!!

We had purchased new flooring back in 2019. The sales man was super friendly and sold us flooring which we absolutely loved. He told us it's from Portugal and it lasts generations and people will even pull it up and take it with them when they move. He was great with our dogs and cats and knew we had 3 kids still living at home. The installation guys were great and the floor looked amazing!!! Then before leaving the installer said...."don't get the floors wet as they will curl". WHAT? I never would have chosen these floors with pets and kids.dropping an ice cube or a spill of any kind and immediately wiping it up creates the curl. Now 6 years down the road the floors are horrendous. Laundry room floor destroyed and already had to redo our front bathroom in tile due to a leak and we had already used all our backup planks. Trust the reviews on quality. Up front everything was great but a lifetime flooring should last longer than 6 years.

Dave came out to do the initial measuring and selection of materials. He was nice enough and helpful, I was pretty happy with our interaction and had no concerns being this is a nationwide company. We selected a date for the first day of install (I was going LPV and carpet, LPV was getting done first). They showed up in the morning, but you don't get a window so it's a guessing game as to when they would come. They got to work immediately and I had no issues. After they finished one room, they said they did not have enough material for the job and said the order the store got stated the living room they just finished was supposed to be carpet - it was not, all the paperwork was correct when Dave left. They said they had to order some and it would be completed on Tuesday. Inconvenient as they already tore out the tile in my kitchen and now I would have to be living with concrete and unfinished floors for the weekend but not the end of the world. The carpet guys showed up on Monday for work. Arrived at 1000 and did not leave for TWELVE hours, doing 4 rooms and two sets of stairs. I had to call out of work to accommodate them getting finished. They were not aware of a small walkway I was adding with the LPV into a portion where the old carpet was and were just going to replace all the carpet. They were not provided measurements from the LPV people on how much they were going to use. Poor communication. Then come Tuesday. No call no show all day. Mid afternoon I call the company, they don't know why the installers didn't show but said I'd get a call back. Never did. I called again mid afternoon Wednesday. They said they had an appointment down for Thursday which no one had ever run by me. I rearranged my plans on Thursday yet again to accommodate them. They said they'd come first thing as I had to leave in the afternoon. Apparently installer showed up before 0800 and I didn't know since my phone is on DND until then. 0830 the company called and said I had an appointment for later in the day and to please pick up the breakables as if they didn't already have someone at my house. He came alone and took 7 hours to do two rooms of LPV. I had to cancel my afternoon plans, again. The baseboards look like crap, unaligned, not on the floor, covered in nail holes. There was no transition piece between the carpet and the LPV and portions were ALREADY coming up without even being lived on. They wanted me to sign for completion of the job but I said no. They have to come back out AGAIN to put in the transition. Photos for reference on what they consider "finished" product. Absolutely do not ever use this company. They hire the lowest bid contractors and you can tell. I thought I would have no issues since I've heard about them my whole life but I had every problem in the book. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I couldn't be happier with my new floors from Empire. From start to finish, the job was completed on time, on budget, quality products, contractors worked with my schedule and they left my house clean and with all furniture back in place.Empire provided a "One Stop Shopping" experience: dustless tile removal, porcelain tile install, appliance move/disconnect/reconnect, new carpet/padding and updated/new baseboards all for one bundled price that beat any combination of separately scheduled contractors. This is the third time I have used Empire: once in Washington, once in Oregon and now in Arizona. Their services and products have exceeded my expectations all three times.I would especially like to thank Alfonso (Phoenix/Chandler, AZ), my sales rep, for his honesty, great communication and follow-up.I highly recommend Empire - you will be extremely happy with the whole experience and the finished product.

The tile crew came in the next day and they were clearly very experienced and cared about doing a great job start to finish. Guy and Mike were fantastic though the entire process constantly chatting with us as they went. We had a few small things that needed to be done and Guy and Mike were all over it. The end result was amazing and could not be happier. Becks has a very fair price , great quality work and no hidden surprise. We will use them again on our bathroom remodel and highly recommend.

I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

Mom is 87 and she asked me to find her someone to replace the carpet. She lives in Phoenix but I live in Virginia so I had to rely on online reviews. I chose J & B Carpets as my first choice based on their location and reviews. The first thing I did though was check to see if they could accommodate a quick turnaround time. Mom had already mostly emptied the room and wanted to move things back into the room for us to come visit. Again she is 87. I did not want her to have to do this twice and it was obvious she was stressed. I spoke with Vikki from J & B Carpets and she assured me that they could do the job within a couple days of placing an order. My mother visited J & B Carpets on a Friday afternoon and selected an in stock carpet. The room was measured on Saturday morning. They installed the carpet on Monday!!!! Mom is thrilled with the carpet! Her granddaughter who is now staying there assures me the carpet is soft, well-padded and beautiful. The price was very reasonable and the customer service is excellent. I am so happy I sent my mom there and not to some big box store where she would be just another number. Mom says that she will return there for any more carpeting needs. I am very very happy with this store. Highly recommend!

I had Florin install my luxury vinyl plank floors on my new remodeled home. High quality floors…read more The home had two new additions, each addition had a new concrete slab poured against the existing slab. These transitions had slightly uneven concrete since it was not seamless. One of these, Florin poured self leveler, albeit not nearly enough, the other he did not. The floor prep was not done correctly and now in both areas I have cracked flooring down my entire kitchen, as well as in the middle of my living room. I am talking 25' of continuous cracks right over the uneven concrete. The floors depress over 1/2" when you step on them. At first I thought i could live with it, so didn't complain, but as time went on it got worse and worse. Now the floors cut your feet. I had Florin out to inspect, and he gave me the typical contractor excuse that its a high traffic area and floors are cupping bc they are vinyl. (how can floors depress 1/2" if its installed on flat concrete?) I have built several homes and also work in the trades. The only 2 places in the home where this cracking exists are exactly down the fault lines of these two uneven concrete surfaces. Cupping does not cause planks to split in two at each seam. He tried charging me nearly 25% of my entire 3000sqft floor install to fix this 100sqft section, which no guarantee it will work or look good. This is clearly a workmanship error and I am so tired of contractors not taking accountability for their mistakes. Florin is one of those guys. Avoid doing business with him. For $100 in materials and spending 1 hour to float the floor properly, this could have been avoided. All slabs are going to have uneven surfaces from settling etc. A good flooring guy will take a level out and make sure to fill any voids. My floors are ruined and will need to replace now the entire great room and add a seam to make it look right. $5000 mistake.
