If your tiles look anything like mine, it's high time to get them cleaned. I'll take some after photos here shortly to show what an awesome job they did. On time, friendly, respectful of my property and my backyard was left better than it was when they started; power washed the patio to clean up the dust from the cleaning. read more

We had 20 years of mineral and chemical buildup on our dark blue tile. Tried all the products recommended to clean tile. Tried wire brushes, putty knives, chisels but nothing worked. Elite came out and within 2 hours our tile looked like it had just been installed! Completely cleaned and like new. We could not be happier with the results. Highly recommended them and will definitely refer them to our friends. read more

They removed the calcium buildup around our pool. They were very professional and thorough with the removal of the calcium. Their pricing was very competitive and the best price we could find. When they were done they cleaned up and even power washed around our pool area. All in all , great value and service. We recommend and will use again if needed. read more

From the first call with Stacy to Ben and David showing up promptly at the scheduled time I couldn't be happier. Ben was very informative and provided me an estimate and what the next steps were. They completed the cleaning within the timeframe they estimated and also cleaned up all the surrounding areas. My pool looks brand new again. Elites pricing was far better than other companies. One stop shopping. If you are considering doing cleaning your tiles before summer hits they are the ones to call. read more

Darren has been exceptional to work with. As a business owner myself, I understand how challenging it can be to find reliable sub-contractors, and Darren consistently exceeds expectations. Whenever I have a question or a project, I reach out to him directly, and I usually receive prompt service--often within the same day or the next. Their team is always efficient, thorough, and professional. They take care to clean up after themselves, which greatly simplifies our workflow. We plan to continue partnering with Elite Pool Tile for our pool remodels and maintenance needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking quality workmanship and dependable service. read more

We needed to have some tiles reset so contacted Elite and Stacy was so helpful. Came out last Thursday and sized up what we needed and went to work. There were more tiles loose as I had expected. Our 19 year old tile, which looked terrible - now looks new, the cost was reasonable, and it took 4 hours. The woman that set up the appointment was uber friendly and professional. Most importantly David, the guy that did the work on our pool was amazing, a real Pro. On time, fast, efficient, highly skilled and friendly and professional. A+ all the way around to Elite. read more

Elite Pool Tile cleaned our pool tiles and also replaced the tiles on the top of our spa wall. The owner went above and beyond to find the right tile for the replacement. It looks amazing now. Awesome pool tile cleaning experience. Can't believe how good it looked when done. The tile looked brand new. We replastered our pool and installed new tile perhaps 30 years ago, and hadn't cleaned the tile since. When it came time to sell our house this past November it was obvious how gross the scum line and tile looked. After Darren finished cleaning the tile it looked like new again. Wow, wow, wow! read more

I saw an Elite truck in the neighborhood one day and decided to give them a call after reading reviews. David arrived at the time scheduled and got right to it. I recommend giving them a call and don't wait as long as I did. You won't be disappointed. read more

Thanks Elite! Great job today. Our pool will be a lot more enjoyable without the distracting white ring around it. The entire cleaning took roughly 2-3 Hours, and was just a matter of re-filling the water afterwards. Thanks again! read more

Working with Elite Pool Tile Cleaning was easy from the first contract all the way through completion of the work. My pool was in desperate need of having the tile cleaned, and the technician who cam out did a great job of explaining the process, as well as giving me options for cleaning the calcium off the decorative rocks. He was kind enough to power wash the diving board in the process and it is now sparkling clean again. He power washed the entire area around the pool to make sure he left my back yard nice and clean. Best of all, their price was right in line with other quotes so I feel that I got a great deal with all the work that was done. I will refer them to others with confidence. read more

I can't say enough of how impressed I am with how our pool tile looks!!!! It looks like it was just installed and I thought it was so bad that it needed to be replaced and I got several quotes.... That's when I called Elite Pool Tile Cleaning and had Daren look at the tile. He said he could make it look like new again for a fraction of the price!! I thought he was crazy but, he stayed true to his word and totally impressed us with the job his company did!!! Yelp came through again. We bought a house last summer with a very neglected pool and had other priorities with it (like new pumps, filters etc) so wasn't able to get the tile cleaned. The pool was installed in 2000, so likely went 18 years without any tile cleaning. We were determined to get that project done early this year so Darren and his partner came this week and were terrific! I have pool rocks which I was told would never come clean. Don't believe what other companies tell you. These rocks look brand new. Thank you Darren! See you again in a few years. read more

They do an Amazing job and the tile stays clean for several years. They do such a thorough job. Just a Great company with Great people!

I'm very very happy! There are a lot of businesses that claim they offer tile cleaning services. It's a lot of money to spend and I want to know if the prices are reasonable ... and if the service is good. When we bought our new home, I made some random calls to businesses I found online. I was out of the service area for several companies but two of them recommended Elite. Then the pool service company, who had worked for the previous owners, recommended Elite. And after that, a neighbor recommended Elite. Working with the office staff was easy. Friendly. Informative. Easy scheduling. Darren came to do the work. After setting up ... his dive suit. Goggles! Full helmet! Ready for work. It was fun to watch as he erased all the calcium buildup from the tile. It certainly isn't an easy task; it's not something I could have done and I think the price I paid is worth it. He also offered some great advice on how to avoid heavy and frequent buildup in the future. Nothing against Darren and his company. I really hope I don't have to see them again anytime soon. But when the need arises, without hesitation, I will contact them again. read more

We recently moved into a home with a pool that had very neglected tile. The blue tiles were covered in calcium deposits. I called different pool tile cleaning companies and was very impressed with the helpful, professional staff member at Elite who answers all my questions. Earlier this summer, we had Elite clean our pool tile, and we are so happy that we made the right decision to select Elite. Our pool tile looks awesome! We highly recommend this company! read more

Darren and his partner were scheduled to be here at 3:00, he texted and said they were running EARLY so they arrived about 30 minutes EARLY. The work they did was exceptional, I have never seen our tile this clean...it's like new. At $5.00 a linear foot Elite Pool Tile's price was more than reasonable. At 80 linear feet plus a raised wall the total cost well below the other estimate I received. Just a note: an estimate from a different company was more than double Elite's. The other company measured 85 linear feet (trying to get 5 more feet from me?) and their estimate was a bit over $950 (you do the per foot math...$11.00). Darren and his partner are top notch, highly recommended!! read more

We were very happy with Elite Pool Tile Cleaning. The technician was incredibly meticulous and hard-working. He thoroughly scrubbed and polished our pool tiles; they now look brand new. He also power-washed parts of our patio concrete (and we didn't even ask him to do that). He kept his work site (our back and front yards) impeccably neat. Terrific attention to detail and professionalism. We should have done this much sooner, and will definitely have Elite back next year. read more

I can see why Elite Pool Tile Cleaning gets five stars on all the review sites. Darren and helper came over today and did their magic on my old blue tiles that were calcium stained. Now it's like I have a new pool! They are professional and polite and they know what they're doing! On top of that, they are very reasonably priced. I know that they are already starting to get extremely busy so if you are considering having your pool tile done, call soon to be put on the waiting list. I tried everything to clean my pool tile and natural stone. I saw the Elite Pool Tile Cleaning in the local home magazine and thought they must be super expensive and need to advertise for business. I WAS WRONG! I called and Michele made the appointment, followed up with a reminder they were coming today, and Ben called about thirty minutes before the appointment just like Michele said he would. Ben was super friendly and cleaned up after. Some residual dust on my patio furniture but I had to clean it anyway. I will recommend this firm to everyone who owns a pool and will call them again. read more

Our pool looks just like it did when we put it in. The tiles and two waterfalls are pristine (no calcium) deposits left behind. I would use Elite again in a heartbeat. They are a professional outfit that explains everything regarding the process and offers a fair price up front.
