I called on the weekend, no less, left a message and a a repairman was out in two days! My spa is built into my deck and the access door is undersized. We also feel the project delivered great value for what we paid. Even our designer, Mel Hatch, mentioned that the quality of the concrete work and the size of the boulders we received were impressive -- details that other contractors often skimp on.
