With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. Last week I noticed one of my drain caps at the bottom of my pool had popped off. I called Clean Pool Pros after seeing the great reviews on Yelp. I called and was forwarded to Ross. Ross said they did service in West Sacramento and after sending him a picture of the repair I needed, I agreed that the pool should be drained. Ross said Andrey would call with an estimate. My pool pump and filtration system were not put together correctly! Best decision of 2021. Glad I went back to Andrey and Clean Pool Pros for the replacement of our pool pumps and pool filter. Andrey helped us last year clean up our pool to crystal clear and answered some questions regarding updating our old pool system. I gave them a call this month and Andrey remembered me as a customer and more importantly, remembered my pool and my equipment perfectly. After sending some pictures of my pump and filter, Andrey offered to come by that day on sat to get measurements and to give a quote. My plan was to only replace our main filter since that was the equipment that broke. The cartridges were extremely dirty so he cleaned them as best he could. I'm not even sure the service I had let go even did that at all bc they were disgustingly filthy.
