Our last pool company stopped showing up, after trying to get in contact we saw on yelp they closed the business and by then our pool looked like a swamp. I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. Last week I noticed one of my drain caps at the bottom of my pool had popped off. I called Clean Pool Pros after seeing the great reviews on Yelp. I called and was forwarded to Ross. Ross said they did service in West Sacramento and after sending him a picture of the repair I needed, I agreed that the pool should be drained. Ross said Andrey would call with an estimate. I just bought a new home with an outdoor pool. Visibly everything looked fine to me but before I let my kids get in the pool I wanted expert help on understanding if it was ready and safe. I would rate a zero star if they allowed it! I scheduled for my filters to be cleaned only to find out from Taras at the end of the cleaning that I needed to replace them! My pool pump and filtration system were not put together correctly! He rushed the job and work ethic was horrible, he tried to clean the dirty filter on my beautifully landscaped front yard and didn't even ask where to clean. He said my grass guys could clean up the mess! He barely sprayed down my filters but charged me $145 and now my pool pump isn't working correctly! Horrible place! Stay away! To reply to you: I never told you it was a "wonderful job"! If you noticed that my cartridges were "really bad". You could've mentioned that there was no way to provide customer satisfaction by "cleaning it". You could've simply said just buy new ones! I am not upset about paying you $145 if the job was done efficiently! You simply rushed the job and did not do your job efficiently! I had this service for years. While I was initially happy, they made a turn for the worst. I had concerns I voiced for months that were not addressed. They increased their prices and while I understand everyone had to, the work they put in definitely did not justify the increase. I cancelled service with them. I gave 2 stars because they did come weekly to clean and scrub and balance chemicals but their knowledge is lacking and they often referred me out. Best decision of 2021. Glad I went back to Andrey and Clean Pool Pros for the replacement of our pool pumps and pool filter. Andrey helped us last year clean up our pool to crystal clear and answered some questions regarding updating our old pool system. I gave them a call this month and Andrey remembered me as a customer and more importantly, remembered my pool and my equipment perfectly. After sending some pictures of my pump and filter, Andrey offered to come by that day on sat to get measurements and to give a quote. My plan was to only replace our main filter since that was the equipment that broke. After talking about how much it would cost to replace the pumps and filter separately and the difference with buying all at once, I decided to upgrade our entire system. Andrey never pushed for more expensive equipment or acted like a salesman, he educated me and helped me land to my own conclusion. He was then able to complete the installation of a new pool pump, a boosted pump, pool filter, and remote device all in one way while taking away our old equipment.
