Nick is an early bird and arrived on time, is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about pool pumps and pool systems. Nick quickly assessed the issues and provided recommendations and solutions to repair/update my pool system. I recognize that this long delay could have been the fault of the cover manufacturer, but then when I tried to schedule an installation with Noah, he ghosted me for 2 months, ignoring multiple messages via Yelp and via his private number. I told him to cancel the job on September 4 and he still hasn't responded. Because he is not signed up with Yelp Guarantee, I could not get a refund from Yelp. And because he uses a private Venmo account to receive payment, I could not recall the Venmo payment. I am looking at other options now to get my money back. Do NOT hire these people.
