On Tuesday morning anround 9 :15 am, Anthony (Pool Technician) texted me on saying he would arrive in a few minutes. I always appreciate the communications and prompt arrival. Anthony quickly troubleshot the issue with his diagnosis of a faulty pool pump and a faulty circuit breaker. Anthony explained that the new electrical code required a GFCI breaker needed to be replaced. Within the next two days, Anthony replaced the faulty circuit breaker and installed a new multispeed high efficiency pool pump within a few hour. The new pool pump is so quiet and easy to program. Anthony programmed the filter cycles for me and explained all of the function. Thank you Evan and Anthony for your quick and rapid response as you are my "Go to Pool Repair Service".

We got our pool installed a few years ago. There is one caveat to our situation -- we live in a rural area and we are on a well. Being on a well has come with its own set of challenges like keeping the metal low, our waters reaction to chlorine etc. We thought we were in good hands with our original service provider, but we were NOT. They started to neglect our pool and skip important appointments. They had us buying and adding in chemicals ourselves. We expressed our concerns and showed them photos of the changes in the water. They did nothing!! Once he finally made his way out to the job site, the damage was done. Our old provider flat out refused to help fix the situation. He insisted the swamp was unavoidable because we have 'bad water'. He left us with the before picture you see in that photo. It was a DISASTER. We were left with a filthy pool and nowhere to turn. A friend had excellent things to say about Prime Pool Service and said we should give them a try. I called Victor and talked to him on the phone. Right away I could tell how invested he was in his jobs and caring for his customers. He made it a point to come out to us quickly. He got to work and set us up with a plan to get our pool back. He got the pool pumped and started cleaning it out and had it sparkling like new in no time. He even went the extra mile and did an additional treatment just to make sure that our pool had zero stains. Our pool truly looks like the first time we filled it and we could not be more grateful!! Just look at those photos! Since then, Victor has maintained the pool wonderfully. He is on top of everything, he checks in with us often. Nick is an early bird and arrived on time, is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about pool pumps and pool systems. Nick quickly assessed the issues and provided recommendations and solutions to repair/update my pool system.
