Wow LISTEN TO THIS ONE!!!! My air switch that connects to my hot tub was not working. I contacted my home warranty provider and they sent a pool repair man. The pool repair man confirmed that my air switch was not working and that my home warranty would not cover it. I tried to call the pool repair man to see how much it would cost me out of pocket to repair. The pool service man never returned my call. I eventually call JOHN to see how much it would cost to repair my air switch. When John did a detailed inspection of my equipment, he discovered that it was NOT my air switch that was the problem but my boster pump that connects to my spa that was not working. John confirmed with me that my home warranty would cover my boster pump and that the original pool repair man should have caught it. John saw how mad I was and did not even charge me for his time. Now I'm getting a new boster pump because of John's findings. John is well knowledged and honest. This makes John a great person to have looking at your pool equipment. Thanks again John read more
