They were incredibly helpful in walking me through the details and getting everything sorted at the start. The work they did on the pool was also high quality, and I'm very happy with the results of the service itself. ​The Cons: I'm knocking off one star due to some communication and paperwork delays. There were issues getting the waiver paperwork sent over, and it took longer than expected to receive the final invoice. I was also told I would receive a referral for a repair contractor but never heard back on that front. ​Overall, they do great work and the first impression was excellent--if the back-office follow-through were a bit faster, it would be a five-star experience!
