I explained the problem as we got to the pool shed and he solved it in five minutes. i was fearing that my Compool controller would have to be replaced, but in fact, the whole problem was that a switch on one of the valves was in the wrong position. i have no idea how it got switched. They do good work but their pricing is unrealistic and not in line with any others I have used…read more The will not do an ounce more work than the minimum without billing for it. Beyond base pricing (and chlorine), they bill for most necessary chemicals separately. This happens multiple times a month so expect an extra $35-$70 on your bill. Don't forget required filter cleanings at an exorbitant price. I would look around for a place that won't nickel and dime you. Also, $220 a month for a service (mid level package) that does not even clean leaves from the pool is outrageous.
