I reached out to them on a Sunday and was immediately contacted by Andrew. Andrew was awesome and got us on a plan to get our pool back into premier shape. We had been struggling with algae. Once Andrew and his team took over our pool hasn't looked better since we moved in in 2011. Rise & Shine's communication is great as they notify you when they're headed to your home and they come out on a designated day once a week. They also take pictures of the pool and gate when they leave. Abbie has been our tech and she is so nice and friendly. This is a huge change from our previous pool man.
