We inherited this pool company when we bought our house. They were good for a while, but we should have replaced them a long time ago. We paid for full service in chemicals and cleaning yet our pool was very rarely cleaned lately. Our equipment has been damaged by this company and we are now having to pay a new pool company to fix everything. Our new Pool company is also having to adjust the chemicals and get everything fixed because they were all out out of whack. I mentioned to Morgan that it would be appreciated if they would help cover some of the cost, but as always, he never responded to me. I wish we would've switched years ago when we first started having issues because I'm sure it would've saved us a lot of money. The communication is just awful and you definitely are not getting what you paid for. I would avoid them. Paying $175 a month but not receiving the full service is crazy. read more

Been through several pool companies, due lack of work, hard to get a hold ir flat out claiming they came when I know they didnt....Pool Master Inc, FINALLY a company that understands good customer service. Great communication, had to have my pump updated, they had companies that they work with and within a couple of days, I had a new pump with up to date technology, LOVE IT!!! Living out in the country, pools get hit hard with dirt and dust from the orchards and being a first time pool owner, I was on a roller coaster of maintenance issues, even a couple they were puzzled by but today, I'm happy to say that in the dead of winter...it looks great enough to jump in!!!! I had Pool Masters Inc. for a year and I thought I would use there services for many years, but it turns out they are unreliable. They do have great customer service and prices are not bad. Unfortunately they do not come out when they are scheduled and forget to check and clean filters. I do not know what happened? Maybe short of staffing, but they became to unreliable for me to keep there services. I do wish them luck! What's irritating I need to find a new pool service. read more

Very professional company with prompt response times and good communication throughout the entire process. Sean was our service tech, he replaced our backwash valve and sealed some leaks, our pump is running great again and leak free. We agreed to start service and after a few weeks of not receiving an invoice I called and it turns out they never started our service. We trusted they had since we were at work when they were "coming". Now our pool is turning green. Extremely disappointed! What kind of business requires you to call to get an invoice?! Just don't. read more

They left the pool with green algae and they said the pool was ok . we fired these guys and because of the way they left it, Now we have had to drain the whole pool and sand blast the rocks costing even more money read more

We only had pool Masters for a short time. Not due to anything they did. We finally got our pool cover fixed so it's a low maintenance pool now. Mike came out quickly to give us a quote and got us started on his rotation the very next week. We had a slight mix up but once I notified Mike he corrected it immediately, and when we had to cancel after such a short time he was understanding. read more

Mark just finished installing a Pentair EasyTouch 8 & 4 pool and spa control system, an additional valve, and EasyTouch Wireless remote system. He arrived right on time first thing this morning. I purchased a Pentair Variable Pump recently to cut down on energy costs and called Mark about installing it for me. This was after calling a ton of different places that wanted an arm and a leg for the job. Mark has lots of experience with installing and programming these pretty complicated pumps! The Pool Master has worked for me for 8 years. The house is a rental, hours from where I live. He is the only pool service I've ever had in 40 years that is completely reliable. I never have complaints from property management and he contacts me if there are any problems I need to be aware of which I appreciate so much. If theres an emergency, he takes care of it that day. He even gets rid of the ducks when they decide to stay a while. The owners freak out, but not the Pool Master. He's the best!!! read more

It is tough to find a consistently good pool service. It seems the owner may be competent, but the person usually doing the work is not. We just moved and I wanted to try a new service. Somehow, the pool light fell out so I wanted this fixed right away. Experience shows a pool owner should retain a maintenance company that can also do repairs. By chance, I found The Pool Master on line. The owner was on vacation, but Sean, a service rep, quickly got back to me and fixed the light. Hired. Very happy. We live in Oakdale and we had three different services come out and try to find the air leak in our pool system. The pool pump had no pressure and was sucking air into the system somewhere.
