Seems like we've had nothing but issues and it's been 5 years since we had our pool put in. If I'm having the same issue, I shouldn't have to pay $185 to get you guys back out here again to fix the exact same issue I've been having. Even if it's out of warranty. It's the exact same issues. Either find a new tech or wave fees if it's the same ongoing problem and just fix it. Word to mouth will hurt you more then you know. The mark up on is insane for you guys only to ignore the facts. . Taking money out of your customers and cutting corner for bandaid fixes is just wrong . It's not good business. Only for us to have to call you guys again and pay for an additional 185. I would recommend people to do their research and look else where. 2 things I regret. .. is getting a pool and even more.... getting a pool through premier. read more

Premier built ourpool and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them. It is their pool service that I do not recommend at all. It is very expensive, the attendents do nothing beyond testing for chemicals. They never broom or check equipment. A separate person checks the filters. Stay away!! read more

I don't suggest using this company. You will pay top dollar (which you may think they do because they have their act together but they don't). I was charged $51,602 for my small 13×20 pool that isn't even 5 feet deep. Then I was charged another $3820 for extra concrete and drainage for my small backyard. Premier Pools told me if we need anything extra, that it wouldn't cost hardly anything. I only needed an extra 2x6 of coverage so I agreed that it wouldn't be much, I assumed $500-$1000 and he agreed that that sounded correct. Well I ended up being charged an extra $3820 for it. They said they forgot about the extra drainage cost. Really? You're in a business for 35 years and you 'forgot'? I also have pictures showing that what I was quoted was almost identical to what I received. They will also quickly throw their hands up when there is a problem with the contractor. Does this pool look like it should've costed $55,422? No water features, no heater, nothing fancy at all. Very small and basic. The spa in the creation photo is not apart of the contract and was added as a sales pitch by the salesman. read more

They started off great then fell completely on their face the reason they get 2 stars is cause Joey and Drew were awesome and great but their installers were a negative 10. They screwed up on concrete, tile, the wall with water feature and just about everything on the finish product. Long overdue review!!! Ladies and gents it is hot here in the area and this mama needed a cooling zone! We had our pool built in the middle of a pandemic and couldn't be happier! Brandon was prompt and sent over some designs and we were excited to get started. Our home has a smaller back yard and we really wanted to maximize our space for relaxing and spending time with family. They came to do the configuration and make sure the machines could have access. YES! They can work with smaller yards to create your very own mini oasis!!! Our pool is small but mighty and we have already been enjoying in these HOT temperatures! They kept us on a communication thread to easily voice our concerns and to keep us posted on timelines. I honestly thought it would take longer than it did. As with any construction I plan for set backs and road blocks because it's usually a common occurrence. Prepare yourself for construction though! It's obviously dusty! So much dust! We had our grass done and life is back to normal. Just be mindful and prepared. Building a pool is a huge project. Demo day was mid October 2020 and project was completed before Christmas!!! Merry Christmas to us!!! Even during a pandemic with city permits and such they were able to make it happen!! Ben was in charge of day to day operations and set crews. He was a delight to work with and was always very attentive and prompt with getting back to us and communicating!!! We are enjoying barbecuing and hanging in the pool in our little space! Check them out even if you have a smaller space. We are happy with our decision to go with Premier and adding a small pool to our quaint backyard space. This pool company is hands down!!! Let me start with the sales guy Branden. He first came out to our house to take measurements of our yard, and to get to know our family and our needs for our pool. He was very down to earth and honest. He was not out just trying to make a sale. He followed up a couple days later with the design and pricing, and we made a few adjustments to fit our budget. Very comforting experience working with Branden. Then we met Chad, who I believe was the lead of the construction phase. Chad knew his stuff when it came to the construction process. He also tweaked a few things for us before they starting to digging process. He always came to the house to check on the work his guys did for that day, and made sure the construction process went smooth. Makayla and Sarah who were our project managers, were very consistent with updates on our pool project status. This was very important, because we did not have to chase them on updates. They did a great job staying on top of that and keeping us informed. Our entire process took around 10weeks, which was not bad especially with the pandemic shortages on supplies. We are extremely satisfied with the way the pool came out and the level of service Premier Pools & Spas provided us. They went above and beyond to make their customers satisfied. What can I say, my experience was amazing. I shopped with many pool companies. If they were in the valley I shopped them. I called Premier and met with Branden our designer my wife and I immediately clicked. We then met at the office and went over different designs. My yard isn't huge and we were initially going with a free form pool. But Branden then showed me 5 different options one being a square 14x28 and came to realization that this would be the best fit for our yard. We decided to pull the trigger and met with Ben our construction supervisor. Ben was hands on and stayed on top of the project and would answer questions, and trust me I had a ton of them! The staff at the office to schedule projects were always a text away Makayla, Marie, and Alexandria were on top of it and never missed a beat! I had premier pool do a pool for me 20 years ago. I found the pool was leaking underground a short time later. The only way I found it was after I received my water bill. The pool has an auto fill and you don't notice a small leak. I called and received the information that they were going bankrupt and would not respond. It was the branch in Salida at the time. I called 2 weeks ago and I never got a response I guess they are too busy. I finally called back today and they told me a salesman had my file and should be calling me. I get a call and he asked me t questions and out of the gate gave me a quick price and I asked about a spa and he said it would be 20 to 30 k just for the spa. I told him the other quotes were about 15k to add a spa and it's just the price of materials. So he says about 80k plus. I got 2 other bids and they came out and were professional and gave me a real bid and were 20k less. Thanks Jim for making my decision not Premier. read more

Here we are August 22, 2019. Finally got the pool finished after 9 months of headaches..... Still having problems now with the pool pump was assembled wrong and having some O rings smashed when the pump was assembled now they are telling me those are not covered by the warranty. We have not even had our pool running for 2 months and things are still not working properly.
