After a frustating 4 months of loosing hundreds of gallons of water from my pool. I had hired a guy out of Sacramento after watching his You Tube videos to check my leaking problem at the beginning of the leaking he came out charged me an extreme amount of money and all he did was a dye test yes it did show the pipe that was leaking but a where in the 20 feet of pipe should I dig up the cement? Did not do a through job I think he was more worried about getting wet. WELL looking again for a pool man who could tell me what's wrong. There before my eyes was Juan Martinez a local man who works with the pool store in Tracy that I use. He came out didn't charge me an arm and leg worked until the problem was fixed!!! He replaced a filter in pool house and even wanted it to look nice and painted the plumbing to match. Now that's being detailed, love it. After taking out the decking he came back and finished the plumbing and the pool is finally getting clean. I am so very happy with the manner and procedure that Juan helped me I will never think of calling anyone else. YOU MUST USE AQUATIC POOL AND SPA for your pool headaches to be gone. read more

Wow, this guy is amazing! I found their service here on Yelp. We did not put any chemicals into our pool for two months. We were planning to shock the pool when the weather gets little warmer but our pool turned solid green after the heavy rain. We stop by at Leslie with a sample of pool water and one of the salesperson told us draining and filling back to pool would be the best way to clean the water and sold us chemicals costs around $150. We just moved into this house and are not familiar with taking care of pools. Draining the pool is not an easy process especially if you live in county it could be dangerous if you do not know what you are doing. I did not wanted to do that. I called Aquatic Pool Service and talked to Juan. He came out ,test the water, took care of everything needs to be done and after less than 24 our pool looks 90 percent better and still getting better. He did a great job! I am very disappointed with the services I have received with this company. The only reason why I called them in the first place other than because my pool is in desperately need is for the great reviews I saw on yelp. I was happy to have found a great company that I could trust and use their services. I just purchased a home with a pool, and I have no idea how to maintained it. All of sudden the water on my pool turns green and algae starts to form. I called and one of the first things they tell me is that they are extremely busy because of the hot days, therefore making an appointment would be from a week of my call. I was fine with that, as longest someone would come and get me on the right track on cleaning my pool. But, I was not able to make the appointment because now I am being told that all my pool needs is shock, so following instructions I go to Leslies and buy 12 lbs of shock. I add the shock to the pool and run the filter, so patiently I am here waiting for results. Next call to Aquatic Pool and Spa, I told them my pool water now looks cloudy and still can't see the bottom of the pool. I told them " I did as you told me, can someone please come and look at it. " now their response is," well for how long did you run the filter?" me " about 8-10 hours" Aquatic Pool Spa responds " oh, you was supposed to run it for 24 hours straight, why don't you do that and that is going to help." So, my husband and I run the filter for 24 hours and cross our fingers that finally this would be the end of it. Well, nothing happen! One more time the water started turning green again. So, yes I call again for the third time. Now, he says that my filter is wrong and needs to be replace but he is too busy with appointments. He tells me to take pictures of the filter and sent them to him because he doesn't know the type of filter my pool has. So, here I go for the second time following instructions, I take pictures of the filter and call him again to see at what number or email I was going to send the pictures. Well Aquatic Pool Spa did not answer, they did return it after I left them a voicemail, but when I called them again my call was being unanswered. My pool is horrible and at this point I am determined to drain it and possibly getting rid off, not unless I sell my house. Bad experience with Aquatic Pool and Spa and I will never recommend it to nobody. This going back and forth conversation was a waste of my time. I don't know how many people this company has but they sure don't provide great customer service. My advice is, save yourself sometime and don't call this guys. They don't care about your pool. read more

We decided to put a pool in our house we purchased in july of 2009 during the winter of 2012, We put calls out to a few contractors and had quite a range of prices come in for what i wanted. Aquatics Pool and Spa came in as one of the low bidders and i liked the fact the company was located in the same area in which i live. Upon meeting Mr. Martinez we were impressed with his knowledge and easy going nature. We agreed to a price and a starting date and work proceeded as planned. We ordered a vinyl pool( We had another before this one) and along with a filtering pump i wanted a Swim Jet pump for swimmimng against for exersize and the low impact it has on joints. When w asked for a change in swim jet pump size to a smaller size (We thought would be plenty to swim against) My wife has recovered from breast cancer recently. Juan suggested that i use the savings in price to upgrade to the best filtering pump on the market and i'm so glad i did it's a real money saver month in month out, It pays for itself through lowered electrical costs to operate in about a year or so. We love the the pool and used it all summer and the swim jet is awesome for exersize and flexibility.The company does excellent work, communicates very well and are just nice people to deal with, We could not be happier with the choice we made. Anytime we have any questions about the system of filters or the pool Mr. Martinez is always helpful.
