A HUGE thank you to Victor and his excellent team over at Prime Pool Service!! (This is a long…read morereview, but they certainly earned their five stars -- here's why!) We got our pool installed a few years ago. There is one caveat to our situation -- we live in a rural area and we are on a well. Being on a well has come with its own set of challenges like keeping the metal low, our waters reaction to chlorine etc. We thought we were in good hands with our original service provider, but we were NOT. They started to neglect our pool and skip important appointments. They had us buying and adding in chemicals ourselves. We expressed our concerns and showed them photos of the changes in the water. They did nothing!! Once he finally made his way out to the job site, the damage was done. Our old provider flat out refused to help fix the situation. He insisted the swamp was unavoidable because we have 'bad water'. He left us with the before picture you see in that photo. It was a DISASTER. We were left with a filthy pool and nowhere to turn. A friend had excellent things to say about Prime Pool Service and said we should give them a try. I called Victor and talked to him on the phone. Right away I could tell how invested he was in his jobs and caring for his customers. He made it a point to come out to us quickly. He got to work and set us up with a plan to get our pool back. He got the pool pumped and started cleaning it out and had it sparkling like new in no time. He even went the extra mile and did an additional treatment just to make sure that our pool had zero stains. Our pool truly looks like the first time we filled it and we could not be more grateful!! Just look at those photos! Since then, Victor has maintained the pool wonderfully. He is on top of everything, he checks in with us often. He's always monitoring our water and making sure to adjust where necessary. He truly cares about what he is doing and making sure that his clients can enjoy their investment. Sug is the main guy you're coordinating things with once the work begins. DJ, or Daniel is the guy who does your pool academy & chemicals, he shows you how your system functions, & how you're supposed to care for your pool. This process is long, and tedious. People out there are impatient. You need to expect 4-5 months from start, day 1 when they begin digging, to the day you jump in. Two items I would 100% recommend people to get are the wireless panel control, & pebble finish. You don't want to screw around with the panels, gears, etc. If you have wireless remote stuff you can set it, then be done with it. You want to make changes? Do it right from your phone. For the pebble finish, it's simple. You're probably looking at 2K about s to get it as an upgrade from plain boring white plaster, which you'll learn will get blotchy, & faded and look two toned from the sun, & chlorine/chemicals I'm guessing within 5 years. You're about to drop 60-80K, whats another 2K? Fetter pays attention to details, and uses quality materials. I'd recommend them over other companies who I guarantee you take shortcuts.

We paid for full service in chemicals and cleaning yet our pool was very rarely cleaned lately. Our equipment has been damaged by this company and we are now having to pay a new pool company to fix everything. Our new Pool company is also having to adjust the chemicals and get everything fixed because they were all out out of whack. I mentioned to Morgan that it would be appreciated if they would help cover some of the cost, but as always, he never responded to me. I wish we would've switched years ago when we first started having issues because I'm sure it would've saved us a lot of money. The communication is just awful and you definitely are not getting what you paid for. I would avoid them. Paying $175 a month but not receiving the full service is crazy.

Great communication, had to have my pump updated, they had companies that they work with and within a couple of days, I had a new pump with up to date technology, LOVE IT!!! Living out in the country, pools get hit hard with dirt and dust from the orchards and being a first time pool owner, I was on a roller coaster of maintenance issues, even a couple they were puzzled by but today, I'm happy to say that in the dead of winter...it looks great enough to jump in!!!!
