He told me it was likely the check valve, required a $250 deposit, and said they would replace the part during the visit with the deposit applied toward the repair. When they arrived, they had no parts, spent only a few minutes looking at it without testing anything, and said they'd return later that day. They never came back. After I followed up, Evan was rude and said they couldn't repair the leak--based on the same information I had provided before the appointment.
