He drained my pool and refilled and started me out with new water and chemicals to help remedy my mustard algae and calcium buildup issues. This DID NOT occur. When I went on vacation I installed a Ring camera. Well, apparently we paid $150 for him to clean the debris off the top, check the skimmer basket, and sometimes check the chemicals. This is a $75 service that he charged us $150 for. One day during the summer he was in and out in under 5 minutes. That is not quality service. Not worth $150 a month. Please be ware when hiring as he doesn't actually do the work he says he will.

Nick is an early bird and arrived on time, is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about pool pumps and pool systems. Nick quickly assessed the issues and provided recommendations and solutions to repair/update my pool system. When we found a leak in the pool, Brandon decided he wasn't going to clean it unless the leak was fixed. A couple of weeks later we fixed it and the pool sat unclean. I texted Brandon the day the leak was fixed. He told me he didn't have any chemicals to clear the pool. So I waited the next week, Brandon gave me another chemical excuse. I went today and gave the pool store a sample of my pool water. They gave me the chemicals. And I didn't pay nearly as much as it did to have Paradigm Pool service to come and clear it. I would not recommend Brandon or his company to clean your pool. Better off doing it yourself.
