Nick is an early bird and arrived on time, is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about pool pumps and pool systems. Nick quickly assessed the issues and provided recommendations and solutions to repair/update my pool system. Nick was able to reconfigure my pool system pipes, which the other companies did not correct even when instructed to do so, so now my new pool system works amazingly and allows for easy and quick access to all of the pipes and filters. Unique pools came over and after hearing me out, they provided me with tips on what would look better with the space provided. After a day or two they submitted their bid and although it was very competitive, I didn't get any 3d designs. So even when it looked good on paper, I just couldn't picture the final design. I did get an email from Lupe inquiring about my decision, but by then I had already decided on another company who did provide 3d designs and came in within my budget. I would recommend Unique Pools and what I would do different next time around is shoot them an email and ask for 3d renderings. Who knows maybe it was a quick request but I never asked for it.
