I spoke with him yesterday and sent him the pics, he said he was going to come by and "condition" the pool which is ridiculous because this pool needs chlorine shock! He never showed up. This pool has never looked like this since we owned this house (it is a rental) in 2011. This guy claims to be an expert in pools but as you can see in the pictures he is not! Unless you want to swim in a pool full of algae I would say find yourself another pool care service. Update: In response to Brandon's response - This leak was fixed on May 18, 2022. It is now August 9, 2022! He had almost 3 months to so called "condition" the pool and then says he did it for no charge....The pictures tell it all. I've never seen people work so hard and I've worked with more contractors than I can count in my lifetime. They did two jobs for me back-to-back. First a remodel at a rental property where they did an amazing job. We had several cracks to repair in the pool shell and we had to replace the skimmer. It came out better than expected! But the real mind blower was at my primary residence where I had a new pool built. I have a very small passageway down the side of my house, barely four feet wide, so I expected with all the tractors running in and out digging my new pool, I would surely need to repair and repaint the side of my house. But I couldn't find a single scratch! Every crew that came in from the diggers and rebar layers to the plumbers and pipe layers to the concrete deck builders, every single person that stepped on my property treated it with respect and professionalism. I even threw in a crisis at the last minute when I decided to change my tile selection that had already been installed that could have blown up the whole job schedule! But Pool Dawg still made it work even though I made things harder! I don't have a single complaint from start to finish and now I'm enjoying a beautiful new pool and new fire & water feature! Pool Dawg is awesome! Clean, professional, hard-working, attention to detail, communication is spot on, a much smoother than expected experience, can't be beat! We got our pool installed a few years ago. There is one caveat to our situation -- we live in a rural area and we are on a well. Being on a well has come with its own set of challenges like keeping the metal low, our waters reaction to chlorine etc. We thought we were in good hands with our original service provider, but we were NOT. They started to neglect our pool and skip important appointments. They had us buying and adding in chemicals ourselves. We expressed our concerns and showed them photos of the changes in the water. They did nothing!! Once he finally made his way out to the job site, the damage was done. Our old provider flat out refused to help fix the situation. He insisted the swamp was unavoidable because we have 'bad water'. He left us with the before picture you see in that photo. It was a DISASTER. We were left with a filthy pool and nowhere to turn. A friend had excellent things to say about Prime Pool Service and said we should give them a try. I called Victor and talked to him on the phone. Right away I could tell how invested he was in his jobs and caring for his customers. He made it a point to come out to us quickly. He got to work and set us up with a plan to get our pool back. He got the pool pumped and started cleaning it out and had it sparkling like new in no time. He even went the extra mile and did an additional treatment just to make sure that our pool had zero stains. Our pool truly looks like the first time we filled it and we could not be more grateful!! He handled the entire permit process with the county, which made the project completely stress-free for us. He was also very patient throughout the process. he invited us to his office to view a wide variety of tile samples, which really helped us make the right choices for our backyard.
