I called Brandon to see if he could come service my pool since I've had a lot of problems with my pool servicing that comes out and puts chemicals in. The pool was very murky and alot of yellow algae everywhere. It just look like a swamp. Brandon came for a service day and turns out the pool needed alot of condition and yellow out and shock treatment. He came out and had my pool looking great after two days of service. He also helped me understand where my alkalinity and ph levels should be to keep it looking good. Do not hesitate. Give him a call and get your pool looking right I highly recommend him!!! read more

Brandon seemed like a good guy. Cleared my pool which they charged $710.00. Brandon came and cleaned 3 times. When we found a leak in the pool, Brandon decided he wasn't going to clean it unless the leak was fixed. A couple of weeks later we fixed it and the pool sat unclean. I texted Brandon the day the leak was fixed. He told me he didn't have any chemicals to clear the pool. So I waited the next week, Brandon gave me another chemical excuse. I went today and gave the pool store a sample of my pool water. They gave me the chemicals. And I didn't pay nearly as much as it did to have Paradigm Pool service to come and clear it. I would not recommend Brandon or his company to clean your pool. Better off doing it yourself. read more

I hired Paradigm (Brandon) in May 2022 to service this pool weekly. I just got a call from my tenant with these pics of the pool. They told me they have been trying to give Paradigm a chance to get this pool back in shape as there was algae build up in the pool all summer and have not been able to swim. It has been one excuse or another why this pool looks like this. He kept telling my tenants he would come back to get this pool cleaned but why didn't he do during his so called weekly service?! I spoke with him yesterday and sent him the pics, he said he was going to come by and "condition" the pool which is ridiculous because this pool needs chlorine shock! He never showed up. This pool has never looked like this since we owned this house (it is a rental) in 2011. This guy claims to be an expert in pools but as you can see in the pictures he is not! Unless you want to swim in a pool full of algae I would say find yourself another pool care service. Update: In response to Brandon's response - This leak was fixed on May 18, 2022. It is now August 9, 2022! He had almost 3 months to so called "condition" the pool and then says he did it for no charge....The pictures tell it all. I've been paying Paradigm monthly for a pool full of algae! This pool has been like this for two months according to the tenants. They haven't been able to spend time in the pool. I'll start this review by saying I was excited to work with Brandon after our initial meeting. I was looking for a new pool company and I liked everything about Paradigm pools. Brandon was able to offer good information and he had some solutions for my particular circumstances. Brandon advised on what steps to take and we settled on Thursdays for pool service but within days he became unresponsive to all forms of communication, without any explanation. To be completely fair I think Brandon may have have been too booked, but again, a simple call or message back would've solved so many concerns. You do a disservice when you waste the time of someone in need of help. Communication and courtesy have the ability to carry a business, and I wasn't met with either one. If I can offer advice to anyone in business I would say that you add tremendous value to your business when you're transparent with current and potential clients. And if you've made it this fair into my review I hope you have a better outcome. And to Brandon, I wish Paradigm pools much success! read more

I have a pool at a rental property that has been giving me trouble as far as leaks are concerned. The leaks were coming from the roof as my solar system had a line that was leaking. In addition, there was a bad leak where the controller box for the solar thermostat is. I had asked my existing pool guy for help with this issue for months and he never fixed the issue, so that got me looking around for someone else as I couldn't get help from the other company. When I called Paradigm, Brandon answered the phone and was completely professional. He let me know that he not only services pools but also handles repairs. He went out the the property the next day and fixed the problem, like it was nothing. I can tell this is a company that values its customers and understands that certain things like leaks need to be address quickly. I felt the price that I was charged was completely reasonable. I had a cracked PVC fitting coming out of the filter assembly that was very close to the filter housing and I did not feel comfortable replacing it myself. I sent out a request for quotes and Brandon responded quickly with an estimate. We scheduled a time to complete the repairs. Came out and replaced the cracked fitting and pipe. He advised to contact him once glue was dry and to make sure there were no leaks. I did have a small seep type of leak coming from the gasket on the connector and he came out the next day (a Saturday no less) and applied some special lube, re-tightened the fitting and the everything was water tight. We called Brandon after being referred to him by a friend who's pool looks absolutely beautiful, sparkling and inviting, thanks to Brandon's care. We've had our pool for approx. 15 or so years and we do already have a great pool service, however our wonderful pool service man Miguel, doesn't drain & acid wash pools, but he did advise us that it was a good idea to have it done because we'd never drained our pool before and it was starting to look faded. Faded is the only word I can think of to describe our pool & the pool water appearance. After calling Brandon we decided to have him come estimate our pool and I can't say enough good things about this wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating (and super patient) pool care man! Brandon from Paradigm Pool Care drained our pool and then Acid washed, and Chemical washed and brush scrubbed the walls & floor, and he also replaced our old pool light that no longer worked. He then also conditioned our pool and our pool looks brand new again!! We had no issues with him at all.. he is amazing, reliable, dependable, and a really nice friendly guy who knows what he's doing! And P.S. All of Brandon's hard work came at a very reasonable price!
