I don't usually give reviews unless I witness something extraordinary which is what happened with Pool Dawg Construction! I've never seen people work so hard and I've worked with more contractors than I can count in my lifetime. They did two jobs for me back-to-back. First a remodel at a rental property where they did an amazing job. We had several cracks to repair in the pool shell and we had to replace the skimmer. It came out better than expected! But the real mind blower was at my primary residence where I had a new pool built. I have a very small passageway down the side of my house, barely four feet wide, so I expected with all the tractors running in and out digging my new pool, I would surely need to repair and repaint the side of my house. But I couldn't find a single scratch! Every crew that came in from the diggers and rebar layers to the plumbers and pipe layers to the concrete deck builders, every single person that stepped on my property treated it with respect and professionalism. I even threw in a crisis at the last minute when I decided to change my tile selection that had already been installed that could have blown up the whole job schedule! But Pool Dawg still made it work even though I made things harder! I don't have a single complaint from start to finish and now I'm enjoying a beautiful new pool and new fire & water feature! We are very happy with our pool renovation. Jason and his team delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. He very clearly understands every aspect of the process as he has at some point done every task himself. For that reason he was also the only one that could correctly assess our pool's problems and needs when he came to bid on the project. Also, there was no sales person in the middle which we personally preferred as in the case of our pool we just got to a better plan much more quickly. As for the actual execution it went super smooth. Everything was scheduled very timely in advance and overall done in a very short amount of time without any long gaps in between steps. Jason was very proactive to make sure everything stayed on schedule and very meticulous about quality at every stage. I specifically would like to highlight that the communication was excellent as we were always told what would happen and when it would happen - as well as giving us a heads up when choices would be necessary. Lastly, Jason is really very detail oriented and made sure that everything came out nice - in many cases without us even ever asking for it. E.g. the guys managed to match stones on our pool where a repair was necessary where you can't tell old from new.
