We are very happy with our pool renovation. Jason and his team delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. He very clearly understands every aspect of the process as he has at some point done every task himself. For that reason he was also the only one that could correctly assess our pool's problems and needs when he came to bid on the project. Also, there was no sales person in the middle which we personally preferred as in the case of our pool we just got to a better plan much more quickly. As for the actual execution it went super smooth. Everything was scheduled very timely in advance and overall done in a very short amount of time without any long gaps in between steps. Jason was very proactive to make sure everything stayed on schedule and very meticulous about quality at every stage. I specifically would like to highlight that the communication was excellent as we were always told what would happen and when it would happen - as well as giving us a heads up when choices would be necessary. Lastly, Jason is really very detail oriented and made sure that everything came out nice - in many cases without us even ever asking for it. E.g. the guys managed to match stones on our pool where a repair was necessary where you can't tell old from new.
