Memo on the other hand came to my house 2 hours after I called that same day. Diagnosed the issue... 20 year old pump needed replacing... Memo ordered the part and installed it on Tuesday. Was up and running Tuesday night! Plumbed in the pump, replaced o rings and redid some of the electrical. Thorough, professional and simply awesome!

I hired an independent consultant who told me the ph was fine, and the installed heater was not the proper model for a salt water pool.
