Each week we get the readings from their pool water tests so we can track what's going on. We've had some issues with our pool sweep that had Delta Pool Care going above and beyond to help fix. It started out with very heavy algae that would come back in the evening if brushed in the morning. Pool guy said it was normal due to heat and summer months. This went away with one algae treatment the algae came back. Our pool was terribly maintained to the point we had 2 stop using company. We've gotten several quotes and turns out we have to drain our entire pool due to such high level of bacteria it is unhealthy for human contact. 4 different professional pool cleaning services say whoever maintained this pool got it to the recent condition either due to lack of knowledge or neglect. They dropped the ball on the easiest part... getting us the contract and a date of refinishing our pool. After a month of text, emails, and phone calls I was done! Who wants to deal with someone who doesn't even want to give you something simple as a contract. I posted in my community and a local gentleman used Alex. I went to this gentleman's house to see Alex's work and talk to him about his experience. He raved about him. His pool was gorgeous and I knew he was happy. So we made the call. Alex came over within a few days for a quote. He was reasonable especially since he doesn't have to pay CEOs, overhead, and sales commissions. And he does his own work with his guys!! He stayed to answer my many questions and was extremely honest on the products. Even when I wanted to be upsold he explained to me why it wasn't that much of a difference and I would be happy with the slightly lower cost one due to its smoothness and quality. He uses quartzscape which is widely loved by many of google. He came handles our crack and demo and did an amazing job. We still after almost a week look at it in awe!!!!
