Each week we get the readings from their pool water tests so we can track what's going on. We've had some issues with our pool sweep that had Delta Pool Care going above and beyond to help fix. For that very basic…read moreservice, the company merely checks the filter, checks the chemical count and adds chlorine, salt, acid, etc as necessary (cleaning or additional services cost more). I set service for Thursdays and the pool guy initially decided to come on various days and times. My girlfriend has been at my house when he was here and made me feel was trying to come at different times to be in front of her. After that conversation he stuck to Thursdays. I asked him to text me when he enters my property and he never has. Another time he brought a stranger with him on my property and when I went outside the stranger darted back to his car and remained in the passenger seat. As for me, I don't like strangers coming to my property and it's completely unprofessional for numerous reasons (liability, privacy, etc). After witnessing the pool guy routinely come and go in less than 5 minutes, I had my surveillance system monitor him today. It showed him entering the property, seemingly check the filter by the pool then going and put the slip on my back screen door and leaving in less than two minutes. The slip on my door states the pool was tested with the proposed chemical levels listed and broken out on the sheet.....However the pool guy NEVER did a chemical test! The sheet was "pre-made" before he even entered my property. I called Chet Webb, the owner, about the ordeal and to cancel my service and he hung up on me. I called him back to finish what I was about to tell him letting him know I have a video of his company committing fraud and if he wanted a copy of it. He declined and stated he doesn't doubt my story and will cancel my service. Interesting that none of this was any surprise to the owner at all.
