They dropped the ball on the easiest part... getting us the contract and a date of refinishing our pool. After a month of text, emails, and phone calls I was done! I went to this gentleman's house to see Alex's work and talk to him about his experience. He raved about him. His pool was gorgeous and I knew he was happy. So we made the call. Alex came over within a few days for a quote. He was reasonable especially since he doesn't have to pay CEOs, overhead, and sales commissions. And he does his own work with his guys!!
