Everything Kimberley H. said in her review is ABSOLUTELY THE TRUTH. We've had Amick's Clean Pool Service since November 2014. After our last two pool cleaning services (in the beginning were good but) ended up being total nightmares. If Yelp would have the option to give 10 stars, I would definitely give it Amick's Clean Pool Service!! Noel, the owner, hasn't failed us yet. He is very friendly, courteous and most of all RELIABLE. The price is reasonable too. Noel comes once a week...ALWAYS on his scheduled day (Monday's) and our pool looks absolutely beautiful EVERYTIME! When I text him with a question, he's quick to respond. There was one afternoon, our timer (ours is kind of complicated to program) on our pool sweep was running longer than usual, I texted Noel about it. He was out having dinner but after dinner, with his kids in tow, came over to fix the problem. I was shocked!! He didn't have to go out of his way do that for us. Now that is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hope Noel stays in the pool cleaning/service business for a long long long time, because there is no one who can fill Noel's shoes! If you're looking for the BEST pool service....Amick's Clean Pool Service is definitely TOP NOTCH!!! Give Noel a call TODAY! You won't be disappointed! Thank you so much, Noel!!! read more

Amick's Clean Pool Service - Our beautiful pool! - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me

I've been using Noel's pool service for a couple years for a rental property. I live a couple hours away, so I count on him to care for the pool. From a distance, everything seemed great, friendly, responds to texts promptly, tells me when it's time to clean filters etc. Stopped by my property to check on it. Pool is disgusting! (See pictures). Mind you I didn't just hire him, it's been years. His employee, super cocky & rude young kid, has total attitude, everything is not his job, he just puts chemicals and brushes- crappy job at that. Kid starts to tone it down when I tell him I'm the owner, not a tenant. Tenants tell me they have been struggling with Noel and all they get is attitude. Insufficient cleaning, insufficient chemicals, they have been supplementing chemicals. I call Noel, all excuses, that he doesn't offer full service, that tenants aren't doing a good job cleaning pool, or yard. House and yard looked well maintained and I do not pay tenants to clean pool, I pay Noel. Told Noel he should have notified me, he has no issue notifying to charge for extra services... Picture speaks for itself, debris, start of algae growth, make sure to check it out. read more

Amick's Clean Pool Service - Funday in the Pool - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me

We used this pool service for a few months but the cost was high and service was unreliable. They weren't using the correct chemicals and pool turned green. They put the blame on us and told us we had to replace filter and drain and clean pool because we hadn't been caring for it properly. We canceled their service and after a week with our new service the pool was clear, and the service was 40.00 less a month read more

I hired Noel via his reviews on Yelp, and honestly HE WAS THE WORST POOL PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, PERIOD. Although this sounds like a case of sour grapes, I assure you it is not. I have no axe to grind if a guy can't do a job properly, but as a "upstanding guy" he should have had the integrity to address his inability rather than taking my money- I should sue him, but I can let it go. My rental property has a pool that was newly refurbished on 10/08/2014, so I was in need of a pool guy- Noel seemed like a great guy, but on several occasions I went by the house only find that pool walls were not scrubbed/ cleaned, and the chemical balances were off. When I confronted Noel, all that came forth were excuses. At least 6 times I caught him misrepresenting his maintenance on my pool in the 9 months that he was "my pool guy'. I eventually fired him, and am now cleaning up his mess! Watch out for him (or at least watch him) because he's not honest! read more

This is the BEST, by far, pool service we've ever had. Sincerely. Our pool has never maintained a look so good!!! We love that he includes his, old enough, son to help him when he is out of school. It is a great family run business. Reliable. Efficient. He always shuts gates. Knows what he's doing. Goes the extra mile. read more

We have had Amicks taking care of our pool for almost 2 years and we absolutely love them! Our pool is always clean and whenever we have questions or concerns Noel is always available! He changes the tracks on the pool sweep without being asked and that makes me feel confident that they actually take the time to inspect the pool and pump each week! read more

Noel, owner of Amick's Clean Pool Service, is wonderful. I've not had a single problem since he took over cleaning my pool nearly a year ago. Price is extremely reasonable for weekly visits and service is always reliable. My pool always looks great even in between visits. He also clean's my parent's pool and I know they've been happy with their service as well. Definitely consider Amick's Clean Pool Service if you're looking for a new pool service! read more

We've had our pool for 25 years and maintained it pretty well by ourselves but just had it remodeled this last spring. We realized the new pool would need some serious care so I looked around on the internet for a person with a good Yelp review and found Noel. We were so happy with the service he provided, we could set our clocks by when he showed up! We had an emergency with our pool equipment and called him, he was over here so fast, found the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes! WHEW! It's so good and actually amazing to find someone that works so hard and is so trustworthy. He was also very careful about keeping our gates shut so our dogs didn't get out (something of the utmost importance to us, that seems to escape everyone else that comes into our yard). Great job Noel! read more
