My spouse and I bought a home in The Pocket area with our first combination pool/spa. The learning curve is steep and scary. It's like having another child. A good friend recommended High Rollers. I had to call 3 times the first week for basic questions and Andrew gave me amazing advice over the phone at no charge. Eventually I hired him to come out to take me through "Pool School" and orient me on our system, the equipment and its settings. He is friendly, knowledgeable and has a VERY reasonable price. He replaced a small part last week and stopped by the next day just to make sure it was working correctly. I would give High Rollers 10 's if I could. read more

Amazing. Unfortunately (& fortunately), my previous pool crew just wasn't good so I ended my contract with them. My main pool pump was making an annoying noise so I didn't turn it on, which caused my pool to reach swamp status real quick. I requested several quotes & this was the only business that responded with a clear & concise, full breakdown of information & options. They came to see the pool & put me at ease by telling me it wasn't that bad (a courtesy compliment probably LOL) & that they could get me back on track. They were very communicative & diligent about getting my pool back to normal & came to my house what seemed like every other day at least for a week until my pool was restored to the beautiful 'after' pic. As I initially said, it was unfortunate my last pool crew didn't work out but had it worked, I wouldn't have found Andres & the team at High Rollers Pool Service. They're officially my new pool crew & I couldn't be happier! Did I mention they have an app that notifies you when your pool has been serviced, what the chlorine & alkaline levels are, approve & pay invoices, etc.? I look forward to our continued business relationship & recommend you hire them as well, if you can get on their schedule. I'm sure the stellar service they provide keeps them booked & busy! read more

It is SO hard to find someone like Andrew these days. Honest, responsive, fair prices, service, and knowledge. This guy knows repairs, equipment and chemicals! I contacted Andrew on a Monday, came out Wednesday, and my new filter was done by Friday afternoon. He made sure everything was up to par and made the plumbing look so good. Not only that, but he answered so many of my questions and always eased my paranoia and a million questions! I was out of his service area, but I was so desperate he took me in and I am glad he did! A weird incident with the guy I'd used for years made me decide to find someone new. (He hosed out the filters in front of my house- leaving debris and gunk right outside my front door!) Andrew is extremely communicative, reliable, and knowledgeable! As it turns out, the filters were trashed! I had no idea bc I assumed the last pool guy would let me know if parts needed to be replaced/repaired. My pool pump was a ticking time bomb! Since I was at work, Andrew even sent me videos of the nasty gunk inside the filters and how they were all rusty and disintegrating. This guy goes above and beyond the call of duty! I had to purchase new filters but that cost is way below the cost of a new pool pump! I call Andrew my Pool Angel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

These guys were great. We found the, highly responsive, honest, and effective. Our pool pump busted right in the middle of the Jan '23 atmospheric river storms. We were very concerned the pool would overflow. Andrew diagnosed the problem through a series of photos I texted him of the system, ordered the part, quoted us a considerably lower price than other services, and was there the next morning to replace the pump before the next storm. Extremely positive experience with company. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Seriously amazing! We started service and at our first meeting, he got to work! I've met with several pool services over the last 3 years and usually they come take a quick 2 minute look and leave. Andres really got into our pool equipment and thoroughly checked everything out AND immediately started fixing everything things. I was paying significantly more for crappy service, my last service rarely addressed my concerns and it took them forever to resolve the issues we had - if ever. Andres got in there and started on the spot! He fixed issues we had ongoing for years. I am sooo happy and glad we made the switch! He's amazing! Don't sleep on him, y'all! He's knowledgeable and the great thing about him is he knows his stuff. Not just cleaning or chemicals. He knows about the equipment and the sweepers and all. I don't have to call a different company for my sweeper or a separate company for my equipment and a diff place for the cleaning - he's all in one!! So grateful to have found him! read more
