Amazing. Unfortunately (& fortunately), my previous pool crew just wasn't good so I ended my contract with them. My main pool pump was making an annoying noise so I didn't turn it on, which caused my pool to reach swamp status real quick. I requested several quotes & this was the only business that responded with a clear & concise, full breakdown of information & options. They came to see the pool & put me at ease by telling me it wasn't that bad (a courtesy compliment probably LOL) & that they could get me back on track. A weird incident with the guy I'd used for years made me decide to find someone new. (He hosed out the filters in front of my house- leaving debris and gunk right outside my front door!) Andrew is extremely communicative, reliable, and knowledgeable! As it turns out, the filters were trashed!
