They were great--until they weren't…read more We had Huntington service our pool for four years without any major issues. Things started going downhill after they assigned us new weekly cleaners. Communication became terrible. The office would take days to respond, even after multiple voicemails and text messages. When my pool system became very loud, I contacted the office several days in a row with no response. Eventually, they said they would send someone out to inspect it. A technician came, stayed for less than five minutes, never knocked on the door to speak with me, and left without fixing the problem. The system was still just as loud. I immediately contacted the office again, but once again, I received no response for an entire week. At that point, I decided to look for another pool company. When my new company inspected the system, they discovered that the wires to my solar actuator had been cut, causing the system to overheat, which is what made it so loud. Huntington never informed me of this issue. I also noticed that after the new cleaners took over, they were at my house for less than five minutes during each weekly visit ( camera footage). Since switching companies, my pool looks better than it has in years, and I now have a brand-new system. I've also seen that many others have reported similar experiences on the Nextdoor app. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

What I appreciated most was that he broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I ended up signing up for service. Then without us knowing and for a reason unknown, Bruce altered the spa spillover settings and did not put chemicals in the spa which caused it to turn green. We have contacted him every time there has been an issue to come fix it and he doesn't show up when he says. When our spa turned green, my husband texted him about it numerous times and sent photos of it but Bruce never responded or showed up to fix it. We finally asked to cancel our services and refund us the remainder of the month and he still has not responded to us and has not refunded us. I will also be reporting him to the BBB.

He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. As a first-time pool owner, I learned more from him in one visit than I had in months of trying to figure everything out on my own. I highly recommend Khang to anyone needing pool repairs or maintenance. I'll definitely be calling him again.

Reached out on Yelp and got a response from Soggy Dollar within minutes. I know what you're thinking because I was thinking the same thing. Soggy Dollar? What's the story behind that?!? lol. Nonetheless Rashelle schedule time to come out the next day. She helped me trouble shoot some possible causes and ultimately ended up figuring out my issues. She repaired the pump and cleaned my filters!! Came back the next day and cleaned my pool fixed my chemicals and got me all ready for the summer. Needless to say I signed up for services. Not because of what she did, but what she didn't do. She wasn't pushy. She was polite. Courteous. Easy to talk to. Wasn't trying to sell me anything. Just truly helpful. And her prices were good. Best decision I have ever made when it comes to pool service. Travis uses the highest quality chlorine tablets available and not the cheap Costco chlorine tabs. Our pool is always crystal clear and he includes scrubbing the walls each week to make sure nothing is going to grow or discolor the water. You won't find that service included with most other pool services. When I have needed repairs on the pump, he provided the repairs that I needed or suggested a reputable repairman who could do the work.
