Wasted our time waiting to have them service after confirming a rate over the phone on Saturday with pictures to match. Already wanted to add $10 for spa treatment to the $160, which brought monthly to $170 then came out on Tuesday to tell us $20 more per month because "oh no we have trees". Yeah, you knew that, we sent pictures. Unless you're offering to blow my leaves etc, why charge me extra? Full service is full service or quote nothing at all until you come out. I was looking for spa/pool heater estimate when I came across Roman on Yelp. He had good reviews so I thought I'd give him a try. I requested a quote and he asked for some details and photos (which I provided) over text, then he even provided me a quote over text which ended up being better than most other quotes I had received. Texting was super convenient for me since I prefer texting versus phone calls. We scheduled the install and he came out the next week to install the heater. The install went smooth except for one small hiccup where he had to contact the manufacturer and came back to take care of the issue the next day! We are super happy with the heater, it seems much more efficient than our old one (heats up our spa in about 20 mins) and has been working great! I had also been unhappy with my existing pool pump (it would lose prime and was noisy and had a small strainer basket), so when he was out for the heater install he immediately identified that I had an ABOVE GROUND pump for my in-ground pool (this was a DIY job and my fault that we inadvertently installed an "above ground" pump). He sent me a couple quotes for different pumps and I chose the variable speed pump. He came out a couple weeks later to do the install (which went smooth). It immediately primed and was much quieter than my old pump. I later identified that one of my 3-way valves was allowing air into the system and texted Roman some photos, he immediately got back to me, provided some advice, and even gave me a call to discuss. This ended up being a $10 DIY fix (o-ring replacement) that I was able to do myself (this was a 20+ year-old valve that probably hadn't had any maintenance in that time). I'm super happy with the result Roman provided and will definitely use him in the future as my "go-to" pool guy. Definitely give him a text or call for any issues you have with your pool! read more

My pool pump was not working and the Jandy system was not connecting to my wifi. I was able to fix the connection but the pump would not run. I called H20 Pool Care and talked to Roman. He asked me a few questions and then walked me through a couple of things to check. After this didn't fix the issue, he was going to schedule and appointment to check it out. However, I forgot about the breaker by the pool equimpent. I tried both breakers one more time and the pump started. I text Roman and let him know I got it working with his help. I was very greatful that he took the time to walk me through a couple of steps before setting up a diagnosis appointment. He saved me money and taking time off work! Great customer service and being very honest. My pool pump stopped working after a six hour power outage. As a first pool owner, i did not know what to do. Therefore, I requested a service request via Yelp and attached a few photos of the pump and control unit. I received a couple responses recommending replacing the pump for a cost of around $3,000 without even doing any diagnosis or looking at the photos i sent (i guess). However, Roman from H2O Pool Care knows exactly the issue is by looking at the photos and that is the pump breaker was tripped. He texted me a detailed instruction on how to reset the breaker without charging me a penny. He could have come and charged me for a consultation/ travel fee but he chose not to. My pump broke a few days ago and like most people, I needed someone to service the problem. I reached out to tons of pool companies and Roman answered and even offered to come look at the issue immediately; free of charge. Roman inspected the pump and informed me that I would need a new pump. He quoted me a price and I informed him that I would reach out later after inquiring about other prices. I contacted other pool care companies and not one company came over to look at the issue, the pump, or size of the pool. All other companies immediately quoted me a price anywhere between $500-600 dollars more for a simple hour's work. At this point, I got all necessary details about warranty and labor from Roman and decided to go with his company.
