I immediately told him to f*ck off and hung up--we may be divorced, but that level of misogynistic BS is inappropriate even if I didn't still call her a friend. And he should have never called me in the first place--he knew I'd moved out and have nothing to do with the house anymore. Further, he claimed to her that he had told me "many times" that the filters needed replacing because "you have to replace them every three years." I last replaced them in May of 2022. From May 2025 to November 2025 he never said anything about it. ETA: interesting that Dave is worried about my review but only addresses the least important part. Also notice his scare quotes, denoting insulting attitude. What about the fact your men didn't properly lock the filter lid on on several different service dates? What about your employee's incredibly unprofessional phone call? And for the record, I'm not saying you missed a lot of days, but suction pressure isn't filling a filter basket to the brim. Pull the other one. You have mostly good reviews. You can handle a few bad ones, and until you admit to your employee's unprofessional behavior, I'm leaving this here.

One thing I really appreciate is their communication. They text about 30 minutes before arriving, and we usually get the same technician, which I love because he already knows our setup. When they finish, the pool water always looks crystal clear -- that satisfying "sparkling blue" moment when you walk outside. They're also very organized. After each visit they send a report with a photo of the pool and detailed notes on the chemicals and everything they checked, which I really appreciate. One thing to know: they won't remove items from the pool unless you specifically ask. My daughter once left some pool toys in there and I assumed they might grab them, but the technician explained they leave anything in the pool alone in case the homeowner placed it there intentionally. Totally understandable -- just something to be aware of. The owners are very responsive as well. We had an issue once and they actually came out themselves to help resolve it quickly. They're consistently on time, and the one time our tech was sick he texted to let me know he'd be out the next day. I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. It wasn't until I went back and looked at pictures side by side where I saw that day over day switch from green to blue. Massive change! Throughout the different not so pleasing events, my wife always dealt with the women Anna and Angie and she appreciated their kindness so we just stayed with the company. One incident, one of the pool technicians brought their young daughter to work which is unprofessional and a bit scary for any possible accidents. Another incident was the main pool guy that would come to service our pool, let another technician who was not supposed to be let alone on a job, came and turned on our water to fill our pool and left my home!!! He didn't tell me that he was there and turned the water on or that he would be returning. As soon as I seen he drove away, I called the office and reported that he did this. He came back and was upset and said that he was coming back, I advised could have left a note or knocked on my door to inform me. Then I found out that he should have never been at my pool to do maintenance alone. They apologized. I also had to make a complaint about the monthly fee and the monthly service that I was not pleased with. My pool would barely be brushed. They would only check/change chemicals and take out leaves with net. I had to constantly request for my pool to be brushed. This last incident, we had an ongoing situation with my pool losing water and the pool tech advised that some work can be done with the floater valve they quoted me a set amount . I scheduled the work for Friday at noon they didn't show so I called them fin showed up at 130 . The owner Darrell knocked on my door I let go in he took a look at piping and mentioned he's guy is on the way with the materials . I opened the side gate and they started working about 20 to 30 minutes into the work Darrell knocks on my door and begins to explain that he can't complete the job .. beciase that couldn't take off the valve .. I asked if he needed to borrow tools . He said no we decided not to continue so he gathered hes tools and left . I was very upset .
