Reached out on Yelp and got a response from Soggy Dollar within minutes. I know what you're thinking because I was thinking the same thing. Soggy Dollar? What's the story behind that?!? lol. Nonetheless Rashelle schedule time to come out the next day. She helped me trouble shoot some possible causes and ultimately ended up figuring out my issues. She repaired the pump and cleaned my filters!! Came back the next day and cleaned my pool fixed my chemicals and got me all ready for the summer. Needless to say I signed up for services. Not because of what she did, but what she didn't do. She wasn't pushy. She was polite. Courteous. Easy to talk to. Wasn't trying to sell me anything. Just truly helpful. And her prices were good. Even then, I knew this was the company I wanted to move forward with--and I'm so glad I did. The staff was punctual, efficient, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time as promised, got straight to work, maintained a clean workspace, and wrapped up seamlessly each day. Although a few days of rain extended the timeline slightly, I truly appreciated that they waited for good weather to ensure the work was done right. The new tiles, plaster, and step markers turned out absolutely amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations--and my kids are in heaven!
