Ten scheduled appointments in total, 7 of which he came to the house spent maybe 20 minutes left to obtain more parts and never returned. 3 scheduled appointments he was a complete no-show. When I asked for the manufacturer warranty card and manual for the Jacuzzi pump he attempted to install, he told me I could obtain it online. He never provided it. Which leads me to believe he obtained this pump from another job site, or bought it from a third-party vendor, which means the warranty is void. Our spa pool pump is currently uninstalled, the electrical wiring is not hooked up, and parts are laying all over the place. This guy is a total Hack. I would avoid him and his company at all cost.
