    Beautiful pool and yard!!

    We had a wonderful experience with Diamond Pools! We called other pool companies and were told that it would be a year wait! Robert and his crew arrived and completed our pool a hardscape immediately and finished within 5 weeks! The crew were very hard working. Arrived early with very few breaks! Amazing people! Robert had excellent referrals for all the services we needed. He responded immediately to our many questions during the process and long after:) We now live in a resort A thank you to Jason with Ledgestone Landscaping. He designed our pool and backyard and introduced us to Robert. So very happy!!

    After 15 years of being with this company, since the original owner, Dan decided to completely…read moreghost me. The last thing I heard from him was a service I was going to be provided and was never provided. I attempted to contact him via text and phone and never received anything back. Since then, because of his lack of services, I have had to start from the bottom up of getting the chemicals corrected. The last thing I heard from him was that he was going to provide a service and he never did. On top of that, he sent me a bill for the month that he had not contacted me back. As a business owner, and somebody who has been a loyal client to this company I would expect a business owner to at minimum, contact the individual back and have an adult conversation explaining the situation. I would never refer this company to anyone. Since the original owner it has done nothing but go down hill.

His value was amazing, as he never charged for anything more than the service call and the few chemicals I would need. As an example, another pool service company said "Standard Green to Clean, $600" but dan came out, inspected my filter, fixed my broken filter manifold for the cost of parts plus his service call. Then, he suggested if i want to get it clean faster I could just run over to the pool supply store and buy dose of Green to Clean for $40. I did just like he said. He's a straight shooter who's honesty saved be a bunch of money! Later, I had a bad algae bloom. Dan came straight out and tested my water, no nonsense, he got down to business. Found that the phosphates were high, told me exactly what treatment chemical I would need and how to use it, and of course offered to do it for me or let me do it and save the money. I let him do the treatment since he has the chemicals, and he's a good guy. My pool looks amazing now! Thanks Dan!!!!!!!

    I hired Ed from Dynamic Pools to put in my new Intelliflo 3 Variable Speed pump. He sent Tommy out…read morewho has been with him 3 years and was with Premiere pools prior. Tommy was very professional. Listed options on plumbing and went with unions vs hard gluing 2" PVC schedule 40 connections. So if pump were to have issues in future no more cutting pipes. Just loosened and swap in the new pump. Tommy worked digitally and had it in just under 2 hours and helped me set optimized pump program settings on mobile app. He painted the white PvC pipe so that the suns PVC don't harm the pipe. I would highly recommend Dynamic pools for installing bare pool pump. Price was fair and install was smooth without any hitches. 5 stars

    I had been using Dynamic Pools for regular pool maintenance since September 2023 and had never…read moreexperienced any issues with the technician who serviced my pool. For over two and a half years, routine visits went smoothly and I was a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Edward, when a problem occurred completely changed my opinion of the company. During a recent service visit, the technician used a hose to clean the pool filter. This same hose had been used during previous visits without any issues. However, when he went to turn the water on, the handle broke with light pressure. Edward later came to my home to try to fix the issue himself but was unable to repair it. At that point he suggested that I either call a plumber or use his handyman. His handyman also told me that the repair cost would be covered. Because the water to my house had to be shut off for the entire day, I needed the problem resolved as soon as possible. A plumbing company was able to come sooner than the handyman, so I had them complete the repair. The total cost ended up being about $500. When I sent the invoice to Edward, his response was immediately defensive. He stated that he was not going to pay for the repair and began bringing up unrelated examples instead of addressing what had actually happened. In an effort to resolve the situation fairly, I even offered to split the repair cost with him, but he refused that as well. Edward repeatedly claimed the handle broke because it was plastic and "bound to break eventually." However, this same hose had been used during past service visits without issue, and I had never been told that the part was fragile or at risk of breaking. If a component used during routine service is known to be fragile or near failure, that would be important information to communicate to a homeowner before it breaks during service. Mistakes can happen in any service industry. What matters is how they are handled. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the situation was dismissed and no responsibility was taken. After being a loyal customer since September 2023, it was disappointing to see how quickly the tone changed when a problem occurred. When you hire a professional service company, you expect them to stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Situations like this are important for homeowners to be aware of, because they show how issues may be handled if something goes wrong during a service visit. Because of how this situation was handled, I will be finding a different pool service moving forward.
