Since then, because of his lack of services, I have had to start from the bottom up of getting the chemicals corrected. The last thing I heard from him was that he was going to provide a service and he never did. On top of that, he sent me a bill for the month that he had not contacted me back. As a business owner, and somebody who has been a loyal client to this company I would expect a business owner to at minimum, contact the individual back and have an adult conversation explaining the situation. I would never refer this company to anyone. Since the original owner it has done nothing but go down hill.

His value was amazing, as he never charged for anything more than the service call and the few chemicals I would need. As an example, another pool service company said "Standard Green to Clean, $600" but dan came out, inspected my filter, fixed my broken filter manifold for the cost of parts plus his service call. Then, he suggested if i want to get it clean faster I could just run over to the pool supply store and buy dose of Green to Clean for $40. I did just like he said. He's a straight shooter who's honesty saved be a bunch of money! Later, I had a bad algae bloom. Dan came straight out and tested my water, no nonsense, he got down to business. Found that the phosphates were high, told me exactly what treatment chemical I would need and how to use it, and of course offered to do it for me or let me do it and save the money. Well I had to hire another pool cleaner to temporarily get the pool right for a graduation party. Once the pool was back to normal I had to keep using pool tech pros because my landlord pays them to maintain the pool. Well, my pool sweeper recently broke last week. They assured me last Thursday they would come out today and fix it and yet nobody shows up. I texted the number and told them my problem again after they said they would show up today and my text gets left on read. The lady was very nice that I talked to, but they don't follow through with twhat They say they are going to do. nor do they communicate if they can't show up. Hopefully they step up to the plate. Otherwise I will just pay out of my pocket for a pool cleaner that can actually do the job.

When we arrived, it was in the counter waiting for me. They carried it to my car and told me if I had any questions with programming, just give them a call. It was well worth the drive from Stockton to Rancho Cordova to find a place that cares about their customers and takes time to answer all your questions.
