He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They hooked up the actuators for the deck Jets, but now we cannot turn on the Jets. We have texted the person who was supposed to be in charge of this, which is Brandon, and we did not hear back from. Called the main office to let them know and we were told he would be out the next day, however we had no contact with him whatsoever. He does not respond to any text messages. Very disappointed with the aftercare. We have no idea how to maintain the pool and are unable to turn on the deck jet water feature for almost 2 weeks now.
