Plumber put plumber's putty on toliet not bees wax seal. NO job change orders during construction. Cost overruns. Unqualified project manager. I hired him for chemical service only & that is all that is given for less than 5 minutes per week. Over a year ago, the pool sweep filter began developing debris, which John indicated was due to a tear in the filter. I also purchased a new pool sweep when he was first hired. I repaired the filter with RTV silicone based sealant. This cured the issue for 1+years. Recently, I noticed the debris recurring in the pool sweep filter. I left a note with his check inquiring (no reply). Then, today I telephoned him to ask why he had not given me a heads up. My husband witnessed the entire conversation. John accused me of yelling at him when I merely questioned him, & further stated he did not appreciate my tone. For a man who takes such pride in his work, it was surprising at his reaction. I've recommended him & secured a client for him. He said he has clients who love him & is now turning away others. I apologized (for nothing as my husband said I had every right to question him). John said we had this discussion previously & it was not his job to look nor does he even observe such issues. I wonder if he takes the same attitude for full-service clients. I know several who use him & they say he doesn't even let them know if water level is low or any other such basic care concerns. A simple handwritten note near pool equipment or in the mail slot is too much to ask from this guy. I get the responsibility, but for a guy who brags about himself, put in the real quality service that makes you stand out. In addition, shortly after hiring John, sent out a lengthy letter asking for a full month's payment for less than a full month's service due to a personal issue. That was a first. After my unwarranted apology, & his fractured ego unwilling to see me as a customer of value (purchased pool sweep, which could have been bought for less elsewhere, referrals), I said, "we're done." Beware of the guy that tells you how "impeccably honest" he is. That should speak for itself. He has mastered the art of omission in quality service - knowledge but no business sense if "he" feels offended.

He gave me contact information to follow up with an associate and indeed, she reached out to me on July 21 for pictures and some information about my project. I replied with pictures to them on July 23rd. Seemed good so far... unfortunately they completely ghosted me after that. I contacted the same person on July 28th... no reply... just got ignored. I then contacted them again on August 3rd... no reply... just got ignored. If you don't like arrogant business people wasting your time and ghosting you then I don't recommend this company as they demonstrate a strong lack of respect for their (potential) customers and indeed, I'm now signing with a different company to do my construction project. Edit: Got a call from the owner and he expressed what I felt was a very genuine apology over the apparent inadvertent "ghosting" that I had experienced via communications with an associate. Unfortunately, it's now too late to pursue any potential business with Bradly Builders as a result but of course mistakes happen and I think and feel like Bradley Builders made the effort to reach out and express regret about the experience. Saul scheduled a free inspection for me and was honest and upfront about the work that needs to get done to repair my wall. He showed up promptly on time and found the root cause of the problem on the outside of the house and was upfront about how his company handles the payments with or without insurance claims.
