Ken is very friendly and knowledgeable about pool repairs. I researched the price of the heater that needs replacement, their price is fair. They always give you a report and before/after pictures after each service via email. Been with them for more than 2 years now, and always very happy with their service; lately they're probably having staffing shortages maybe? but hopefully it will be resolved. We also have had Evan service our pool and I have to say that I am quite impressed with his service and his professionalism... Not only is he very personable but also he does an amazing job keeping our pool pristine... The only problem I have with the company is it now I have a different person servicing my pool. No disrespect to the new person, but I am not very happy with the thought of not having consistent Service to this huge investment that we just made... I understand now why people hire outside companies to maintain one person to service their pool.
