I was a client of Bishop Pool Service for about five years. I inherited them from the previous…read moreowner, so they're well aware of my pool being a saltwater pool. That said, it was always a challenge to get them to use salt instead of chlorine when they would adjust chemicals and clean my pool. No matter how many times I asked, they would forget and continue to use chlorine, which unfortunately was too harsh on my toddler's skin. I made multiple calls about this and reminded the technicians multiple times about this, but I would still get a new technician every six to nine months, and I had to start all over again. The two straws that broke the camel's back were: 1. A 30% increase in monthly pricing 2. A new technician explaining that the reason they can't add salt is because it slows down his route I switched over to Ralphie's Pool Service and am already much, much happier. Ralphie's pricing is significantly less expensive, they bring their own pool salt, and they don't even charge you for the salt. Bishop also charges $300 to clean pool filters compared to $100 with Ralphies. Joel (my technician for the past year at Bishop) was awesome btw.

I definitely would recommend Rowell Pools for your new pool installation project.

After three years and two different pool maintenance companies, both of which failed to meet my…read moreexpectations of not only keeping my pool evenly balanced so my family could enjoy safe swimming, both of these companies were unable to logically keep our equipment up and running. That was until I found Simply Clean Pools. I contacted Austin, owner of Simply Clean Pools who agreed to meet with me in person and go over the levels of service his company could offer that would meet each of my pool maintenance expectations. Austin was very professional and patient with each of my questions, in addition, he described how Simply Clean Pools would also be able to service and maintain our equipment with on board personnel with specific levels of expertise. Zeph was assigned to my weekly pool Maintenance and upon meeting him, he presented him self as highly competent with pool chemistry vs. the other two companies that couldn't balance the Ph in a glass of water. Zeph spends the required time to adequately service our pool and is never rushed. He has since cleaned each of my filters as part of the initial service and my pool has never looked better. My pool chemistry is perfect and my equipment is running like a well-oiled machine. Five Stars to Austin and his Simply Clean Pools Service Team.
