From start to finish Jeff was thorough. He promptly returned phone calls. He scheduled a visit and was on time. He assessed my needs and provided me options on pumps and heaters. He patiently answered questions. We discussed options that would also qualify me for available rebates that I didn't even know about. He delivered and installed the goods. He was meticulous with his work and clean up. He showed me how to operate both the pump and heater. I was impressed and said if I need other service I'd reach out again. Fast forward to this week when my pump decided to spring a leak. Almost looked pin size but water sprayed all over. I called Jeff on a weekend and he promptly replied. Within 48 hours he was here with a new filtration system as it was determined in our phone chat the unit was out of warranty and beyond repair. 25 years is a long filter life. Today he installed the new unit. From start to finish which was about an hour he made sure the filter was operating. He achecked my pool cleaner and replaced a hose. I'm super satisfied. I'd highly recommend Jeffrey and his business Hands down. Thanks Jeff for coming out today to replace my actuator on very short notice. Their service is fine, but their professionalism is where they fall apart--they don't have any. But the kicker came today, when Mike called me. Now, I've moved out of the house and turned the account over to my ex-wife. Within 30 seconds of my answering the phone, Mike said, and I quote, "I think she's batsh*t insane or something." I immediately told him to f*ck off and hung up--we may be divorced, but that level of misogynistic BS is inappropriate even if I didn't still call her a friend. And he should have never called me in the first place--he knew I'd moved out and have nothing to do with the house anymore. Further, he claimed to her that he had told me "many times" that the filters needed replacing because "you have to replace them every three years." I last replaced them in May of 2022. From May 2025 to November 2025 he never said anything about it. ETA: interesting that Dave is worried about my review but only addresses the least important part. Also notice his scare quotes, denoting insulting attitude. What about the fact your men didn't properly lock the filter lid on on several different service dates? What about your employee's incredibly unprofessional phone call? And for the record, I'm not saying you missed a lot of days, but suction pressure isn't filling a filter basket to the brim. Pull the other one. You have mostly good reviews. You can handle a few bad ones, and until you admit to your employee's unprofessional behavior, I'm leaving this here.

Once the pool was back to normal I had to keep using pool tech pros because my landlord pays them to maintain the pool. Well, my pool sweeper recently broke last week. They assured me last Thursday they would come out today and fix it and yet nobody shows up. I texted the number and told them my problem again after they said they would show up today and my text gets left on read. The lady was very nice that I talked to, but they don't follow through with twhat They say they are going to do. nor do they communicate if they can't show up. Hopefully they step up to the plate. Otherwise I will just pay out of my pocket for a pool cleaner that can actually do the job.

Since then, because of his lack of services, I have had to start from the bottom up of getting the chemicals corrected. The last thing I heard from him was that he was going to provide a service and he never did. On top of that, he sent me a bill for the month that he had not contacted me back. As a business owner, and somebody who has been a loyal client to this company I would expect a business owner to at minimum, contact the individual back and have an adult conversation explaining the situation. I would never refer this company to anyone. Since the original owner it has done nothing but go down hill.

His value was amazing, as he never charged for anything more than the service call and the few chemicals I would need. As an example, another pool service company said "Standard Green to Clean, $600" but dan came out, inspected my filter, fixed my broken filter manifold for the cost of parts plus his service call. Then, he suggested if i want to get it clean faster I could just run over to the pool supply store and buy dose of Green to Clean for $40. I did just like he said. He's a straight shooter who's honesty saved be a bunch of money! Later, I had a bad algae bloom. Dan came straight out and tested my water, no nonsense, he got down to business. Found that the phosphates were high, told me exactly what treatment chemical I would need and how to use it, and of course offered to do it for me or let me do it and save the money. I let him do the treatment since he has the chemicals, and he's a good guy. My pool looks amazing now! Thanks Dan!!!!!!!
