From the initial consultation/design process, throughout construction, all the way until I was fully oriented to all the new equipment and every last one of my numerous questions was answered, everyone who worked on our project (Ryan, Jerry, Corey and Derek) was extremely professional, responsive, organized, patient, and just an all around good human to interact with. We also ordered a pizza oven and we were not sure how we would get it over the unpaved path to the backyard. We thought we might need to hire a crane, but these guys figured out a way and they did a great job! I called one of the California Backyard stores. They told me they don't have parts but gave me the phone number for the Warehouse as well as the email address. It was Friday afternoon on Valentine's day so I didn't expect to get a response back but I tried. I ended up sending pictures of the broken part to the email address. Within half an hour Breezy Martin responded asking me for my serial number of my tub so she could look up the exact part. When I emailed back, I also gave my phone number and shortly after she called me and told me they may actually have the part in stock, in spite of my tub being discontinued. She told me she would have to go into the warehouse to see if she could track it down. It would probably be about 20 minutes and they close in an hour and a half. Five minutes later, got back with the news they did indeed have the part. I was able to drive the 1/2 hour out to the warehouse, got the part and back on the road in time to avoid the holiday traffic. At the Warehouse, I was able to speak with the gentleman who does their service calls. He gave me a few pointers to pass on to my husband so my husband could do the repair himself. Our hot tub was back up and running the next day thanks to California Backyard and their amazing staff who went out of their way to help me!

Service was good but we decided to go back to Cali backyards as the sales rep thought these would fit our jacuzzi system as the brands they sell are similar but it wasnt guaranteed and I wouldnt be able to return if needed -- the frog set was also $10 cheaper at Cali backyards and an extra 10% off since we purchased there.

After buying a spa online and getting ripped off, I had 4 days to buy a spa and get it delivered for my wife's birthday. I called a few other pre owned spa shops in the area with lackluster results; I also didn't have time to make it to the showroom which was a prerequisite for other places. Chris had the spa ready and was able to accommodate my strict timetable. He was really professional during the entire process. Delivery day is where NorCal Spas shined. I have an 1/8th mile driveway with a 12 percent downhill grade; most deliveries are impossible. Chris' guys didn't flinch got the spa to my pad and educated me about proper spa care along the way. The spa Chris sold me was a refurbished Leap Frog spa. All the replacement parts, filters, and cover was OEM Leap Frog parts which he spared no expense on.
