My wife and I attended a Premier Pool Open House at their offices with the intent to just "to…read morelook". We met Jeremy and he gave us an idea of what to they do, what to expect, and some light design options from the showroom. He offered to visit our house to make measurements so that he could create some design mockups of possibilities. Within a week or two, Jeremy sent us a "first look". We asked for a few edits here and there given we had no ideas where we wanted to go with it as we completely leveled our existing yard and kept nothing. We were amazed by the first drafts given that we didn't think a pool would fit in our yard comfortably. Jeremy was extremely patient with the design iterations as we played around with ideas. The designs sold us and we were all in! Initially we thought it would take 6-8 weeks for permits to be pulled after we gave the green light to proceed. They ended up being approved in less than a week and we broke ground about week later. Premier was extremely fast with their team of contractors and subcontractors from demolition to full completion. From breaking ground to filling with water was less than a three-month turnaround. With several of those weeks the result of Christmas to New Year's vacation and time it takes for various components like decking or pool interior to cure. Premier was great with communication in terms of letting us know each morning who was coming on any given day. Usually we heard from Jeremy and our construction manager Teo a day or two earlier than Premier's automated emails on next steps. While Jeremy and Teo were clear, it was nice to receive the emails to make sure we heard everything correctly. Pros: Showroom has too many option to choose from! LOL! From textures to colors, there was almost too many. They even recommended visiting tile shops if we wanted to explore other colors. Jeremy was extremely polite and patient. He was readily available by both text and email for any questions we had. Teo was also great at stopping by to check on progress and see if we had any questions. He was also readily available by text message. We had them install a specialty BaduJet Turbo Pro. We pointed them to the website and they took care of all specs to fabricate the pool around it, all additional electrical work, and all additional plumbing. Recommendations for Premier: It would be great if some of the subcontractors were brought "in house" to provide full wraparound services. We opted to install tempered glass so that the pool could be enlarged and moved closer to the house. But we had to coordinate that on our own with a window contractor. We will use their subcontractor to install rock facades on our house. It would be great if they could have done in under the Premier contract at the same time they were doing the pool facades. I get it, they do pools, not houses. Premier took care of all the electrical, water, and gas hook ups that were related to the pool. We had to work with a couple of the subcontractors on the side to add additional sprinkler lines and move some electrical wiring on the side. Those also would have been great if it was done under the Premier contract as well. Premier's contractors and subcontractors obviously knew what they were doing so they pool just kind of came together. It would be great if Premier had a larger portfolio album of actual photos of pools so that we knew in advance what we were getting. We "trusted the process" and it all came together, but I could see some clients desiring to know more in advance. We subcontracted out the construction of a custom kitchen island because Premier doesn't build them (again, because they build pools), providing subcontractors provides another opportunity for Premier to be full service.

From the initial design phase to the final build, they took the time to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure everything met our expectations. The quality of the work really stands out. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded what we were hoping for, and the finished product turned out exactly how we envisioned. Communication was consistent, and any concerns along the way were addressed quickly and professionally. What I appreciated most was how organized and efficient the process was. They stayed on schedule as much as possible and kept us informed at every stage, which made the entire experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend Sac Premier Pools to anyone looking to build a pool or upgrade their backyard. They delivered a high-quality product and backed it with excellent customer service.

They can also help you with variable speed pool pumps as well as robotic cleaners. Chris is a wealth of information! Definitely give Chris & TC Pools a call for your swimming pool needs. However, I never heard back from him. Today is the third week with no service and no response from multiple texts or phone calls. I tried leaving a message on the alternate phone number from the website, but have received no response. I am now left with a green pool and no service (I assume) which is very frustrating. If he didn't want to service my pool any longer, he should've told me three weeks ago, so I wouldn't have a lapse in service and therefore a green pool. Based off previous reviews, it seems common for this company to just ghost their clients and eventually not show up.

From initial site visit, to design, construction, and completion, Robert and his crew did an excellent job. Les took the initiative to visit the county office, ensuring our property lines were accurate, before creating the design and pool footprint. He spent time asking us about our motivation and plans for a pool, and his idea about placement and direction in our limited usable space surpassed our own ideas. Like many construction jobs, ours hit an unforeseen snag with rock formations under the surface area. Robert and Les kept us updated on the challenge, the solution, and the process. Diamond brought in excellent sub contractors for the cement patio, stucco facing, and perimeter fencing. Everything turned out great. The final result was a project completed on time, in budget, and better than we imagined. Robert and team made it a simple experience with minimal stress. I highly recommend Diamond Pools.

If you're considering Five Star for a pool remodel, I suggest you read this through to the end…read more If our rating was based solely on the end product, it would be somewhere between four and five stars. However, based on the experience of getting to the end product, two stars may be generous. Jason assured us the job would be complete by May 5. As we were soon to learn, Jason overpromises and underdelivers. It was finally completed on June 20. Nothing comes easily with Jason. He often fails to respond to texts and voicemails. Rarely did we got a response without first having to follow up. The one thing he's really prompt at is requesting payment at various stages of the job. We're happy with the end product but it's not perfect. When applying the plaster, they plastered over the wall fitting for our Polaris pool cleaner, rendering it useless. Fortunately, I had withheld a portion of the final payment and we agreed that, rather than paying him, I would use that amount to purchase a robotic pool cleaner. When filled, it was quickly evident that the pool had a significant leak. Jason promised me that someone would be here on Thursday to find and fix the leak. When he finally arrived the following Sunday, Rob - who is a great guy - quickly found and repaired the leak. Hats off to him! Not so much for Jason and another of his many unfulfilled promises. It took over two weeks (and countless follow ups) for him to get someone out here to repair the section of pool deck they damaged when doing demolition. If you decide to use Five Star, I suggest that you hang on to the final payment until EVERYTHING is done to your complete satisfaction. Jason presents as a nice and sincere guy (and I'm sure he is). Nevertheless, dealing with him was absolutely the worst business experience of our lives.

It's a tankless heater intended for indoor use like for a bathroom. It does nothing- has not worked since they installed it. It is leaking and has damaged the wall behind it, leading us to need to replace part of that wall. Today we found out they also messed up our solar heating when they installed this useless piece of machinery. Another company will fix that but at a cost. Meanwhile, no pool heater and to replace it will cost us $$. Plus the wasted time. In addition they broke our pool light by not properly sealing it so that it no longer works. To fix it would mean draining the pool- again a large coat in time and $$!! 5 star- I have asked you time and again to fix your mistakes and you lie to me saying you will send someone out. At least own up to it and pay for us to get a real pool repair company out to fix this!!

They had one of my dream plants, a mini monstera so I looked over it carefully and found only one that looked to have no pests or root rot. Took it home and isolated it and thank god I did because even after preventative care, it was quickly infested by bugs, like aphids, or mealy bugs, after I came home from a long weekend. Gave up on the plant pretty quickly out of fear of it getting to the rest of my plants. I will never come back to this location or honestly likely any other Green Acres locations if this is how they treat their plants. I have been warning all other plant owners I know and this 110% put a huge damper on my birthday.
