Where do I start…read more Chris helped me out of a very frustrating situation. After buying a spa online and getting ripped off, I had 4 days to buy a spa and get it delivered for my wife's birthday. I called a few other pre owned spa shops in the area with lackluster results; I also didn't have time to make it to the showroom which was a prerequisite for other places. Chris had the spa ready and was able to accommodate my strict timetable. He was really professional during the entire process. Delivery day is where NorCal Spas shined. I have an 1/8th mile driveway with a 12 percent downhill grade; most deliveries are impossible. Chris' guys didn't flinch got the spa to my pad and educated me about proper spa care along the way. The spa Chris sold me was a refurbished Leap Frog spa. All the replacement parts, filters, and cover was OEM Leap Frog parts which he spared no expense on. My spa looks brand new and was a fraction of the cost of a new spa from China. If you're in the market, don't buy new.Buy a refurbished spa from Chris.

Came with a new top, stairs, filter, and chemicals. Chris did a live demo at his warehouse and then sent an instructional video. I can't say enough positive things about how he handled the entire deal. I highly recommend NorCal Spas.

As soon as we entered we saw CB with a big tent and a huge selection of Hot TUbs... We met Kenny and he was super super nice.... he caught on to my skepticism of hot tubs as I owned one of a different brand prior. He was so helpful and answered all of our questions.. we wanted to look since we had just arrived at the show so he said tottally fine --no hard sales and we went about our way... but we realized quickly after looking at all the other Hot tub sales at the show that Kenny knew his stuff!! So on our way out we stopped back in, shook hands and he had a deal! He even offered to come out to our house once it was delivered and hooked up to do an orientation for us!! This was awesome!! There were some hiccups with the portion where we needed to schedule for delivery as I sent in a ton of photos even with measuring tapes in the photo -- Samantha had concerns but I told her we would make it happen. The delivery guys Fizz and his team were the BESSTTT!! They were so so nice and did a great job with no issues on our path to the slab. We just had the Hot tub wired by our electrician and I texted Kenny who came out the same day for the VIP service!! Kenny is the BEST!!!! Highly recommend as the value and customer service has been top notch!! THank You Kenny & Fizz -- woot!!!

We would like to give a "shout out" to the team we worked with including our sales rep, Jeff, superintendent, Ruben, Selection Specialist, Natalia, JLC Concrete, Juan, Scheduler, Lori, and Orientation Tech, Kevin. My wife and I attended a Premier Pool Open House at their offices with the intent to just "to…read morelook". We met Jeremy and he gave us an idea of what to they do, what to expect, and some light design options from the showroom. He offered to visit our house to make measurements so that he could create some design mockups of possibilities. Within a week or two, Jeremy sent us a "first look". We asked for a few edits here and there given we had no ideas where we wanted to go with it as we completely leveled our existing yard and kept nothing. We were amazed by the first drafts given that we didn't think a pool would fit in our yard comfortably. Jeremy was extremely patient with the design iterations as we played around with ideas. The designs sold us and we were all in! Initially we thought it would take 6-8 weeks for permits to be pulled after we gave the green light to proceed. They ended up being approved in less than a week and we broke ground about week later. Premier was extremely fast with their team of contractors and subcontractors from demolition to full completion. From breaking ground to filling with water was less than a three-month turnaround. With several of those weeks the result of Christmas to New Year's vacation and time it takes for various components like decking or pool interior to cure. Premier was great with communication in terms of letting us know each morning who was coming on any given day. Usually we heard from Jeremy and our construction manager Teo a day or two earlier than Premier's automated emails on next steps. While Jeremy and Teo were clear, it was nice to receive the emails to make sure we heard everything correctly. Pros: Showroom has too many option to choose from! LOL! From textures to colors, there was almost too many. They even recommended visiting tile shops if we wanted to explore other colors. Jeremy was extremely polite and patient. He was readily available by both text and email for any questions we had. Teo was also great at stopping by to check on progress and see if we had any questions. He was also readily available by text message. We had them install a specialty BaduJet Turbo Pro. We pointed them to the website and they took care of all specs to fabricate the pool around it, all additional electrical work, and all additional plumbing. Recommendations for Premier: It would be great if some of the subcontractors were brought "in house" to provide full wraparound services. We opted to install tempered glass so that the pool could be enlarged and moved closer to the house. But we had to coordinate that on our own with a window contractor. We will use their subcontractor to install rock facades on our house. It would be great if they could have done in under the Premier contract at the same time they were doing the pool facades. I get it, they do pools, not houses. Premier took care of all the electrical, water, and gas hook ups that were related to the pool. We had to work with a couple of the subcontractors on the side to add additional sprinkler lines and move some electrical wiring on the side. Those also would have been great if it was done under the Premier contract as well. Premier's contractors and subcontractors obviously knew what they were doing so they pool just kind of came together. It would be great if Premier had a larger portfolio album of actual photos of pools so that we knew in advance what we were getting. We "trusted the process" and it all came together, but I could see some clients desiring to know more in advance. We subcontracted out the construction of a custom kitchen island because Premier doesn't build them (again, because they build pools), providing subcontractors provides another opportunity for Premier to be full service.

The first conversation I had with him he said, "are you really wanting a pool because I don't want to waste my time driving out there." That should have been my cue to not do business with him but... fast forward. We told him right at the beginning we wanted a pool, fire pit, shade structure, and outdoor kitchen. He said he could do everything. He waited until July to submit the application for the shade structure which caused additional delays. We ended up finding out that he was not licensed for the shade structure and we had to submit an owner-builder permit. The shade structure permit was not approved until January 2024. Anthony did not follow up with the city on our permits so I was calling myself and relaying the info to him. Our pool was not finished until April 2024. His workers were trying to put together the shade structure, but we could see them struggling. In fact, you could gently push on the frame and see it wobble! Scary especially since the top was not attached yet. When it came time to inspections, I asked if we needed to be home, to which he and his fiancé, Allyn, said no. Well, we failed because the inspector needed to see the indoor alarms. This wasn't the first failed inspection. We had inspections on the pergola that had issues as well. I spoke to Allyn about how upset I was about the lack of communication and how the workers were struggling. She kept saying to look at her reviews on LinkedIn!! That doesn't help me with the poor job she doing communicating now! She ended up saying she had no idea what she was doing, that Anthony didn't know what he was doing with the shade structure, and he should never have agreed to do the job. She told me the manufacturer had no one who could help. I reached out to them myself so already knew she was lying or didn't even try reaching out. Additionally, Allyn made us uncomfortable. She offered to buy us wine and mentioned partying at our house for a barbecue. We don't want to hang out, we just want the job done correctly! We ended up firing them. Anthony said he ordered panels for the pergola and asked if I wanted them. Why wouldn't I? We paid in full for the material! He said he would refund me for the fire pit since we weren't using him for the barbecue. The pergola is now falling apart and we will need it taken apart. Awesome. Needless to say, no refund has been sent our way. We are upset with the quality of the pool which was left with tape on the tile and fountains, chipped fountains, and jets that were not properly installed. I have taken this to the BBB and Contractor's Board. Do NOT use Poseidon Pools.
