Our experience with Nick at Deja Blue Pool has been 100% great! We were buying a home requiring a pool inspection. Nick arrived on time and spent a couple of hours inspecting every component. After review, Nick walked us through every aspect of his findings. We had many questions and Nick took the time we needed to understand. We quickly received a very detailed and user friendly report regarding his findings. Nick cares. He did a follow-up visit and is currently helping us (novices) with suggestions for ongoing needs. He also set us up with a pool maintenance contact. He continues to be there for us long after his initial job was completed. We could not be happier. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and invested in his customers needs. I would say you don't need to look any further. Nick is the best. read more

Nick is the best! Came out on short notice in a timely manner, addressed and gave guidance on more than we asked of him. Inspected the pump, plaster, ph, etc etc... the best in the city! Gave us tips on preventative maintenance for future issues that may arise, and very affordable. He wasn't in a rush to get somewhere else and gave us all the time we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone that new to pool care, or have a quick issue that needs attention. Very knowledgeable and polite. I hope he sticks around the area as long as we're here. If you need pool assistance or maintenance- look no further... Nick is your guy. read more

Nick is incredibly professional and detail-oriented, and you can tell he truly cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond during the inspection, taking the time to explain what he's seeing and why it matters. I used him a few years ago, and his thorough report helped us negotiate a seller credit for repairs the pool needed. Even after the inspection, I've texted him with various pool-related questions and he's always been happy to help. He's responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward--exactly what you want when you're making a big purchase. I highly recommend Nick to anyone who wants a trusted, honest pool inspection. read more

Wonderful pool inspection and pool repair consultation help in the area. Nick was great before and after the process in providing best and worst case estimates on existing pool/spa conditions. The process of digesting any inspection report may seem daunting yet Nick spent time to go over each one detailing the "why" behind each component and what to expect. He was helpful in providing resources and references to support us in the "next steps" process so we can make and informed and educated decision to ensure the safety and longevity of the pool/spa while factoring in the financial components to consider where repairs and maintenance is needed/recommended. If you are new to pools/spas there is great value in utilizing this services and you'll get to lean a lot in the process! read more

Nick did the pool inspection report and was very thorough in his notes about the pool. Also, he walked us through the report in person, told us how to maintain the pool, and showed us all the different equipment and how to use it. This was super appreciated as we have zero background experience in pool maintenance or management. Would definitely recommend using Nick's services! read more

Nick is the most genuinely helpful owner/operator and he's not going to take advantage of people and over charge them. his work is great. I highly recommend him. read more

Nick from Deja Blue Pool Service is the best out here in Roseville, California. He did our pool inspection during our home buying process and took the time to explain how to operate the system, cleaning, and maintenance. If I could keep Nick in my pocket I would because he is so knowledgeable and you can really tell his passion for his business. He came back a couple months later just to do some more teaching as this is our first property with a pool. Highly recommend! read more

Nick did a great job inspecting the pool and getting the report fast and efficiently for my client. the price was worth it, with the knowledge and experience he has, i highly recommend him! read more

I got a text with a treat to sue me if I don't take the review down. He got paid to replace 3 pumps. The main pump is still not working! He didn't do it right or didn't finish it. And lied that it's working. Nick saying he is the owner of this business, got paid for a job, and we kept calling him to come fix it work. He had to come back at least 4 times to try to fix different issues with the all pumps. Still the main pump that filers the pool, is NOT pulling water. Even after 3 weeks of him trying to fix it! After every visit he calls agent or myself telling us everything is working great. (Calls-Because he just leaves without any communication) Nick is a LIAR. One Pump that he replaced still doesn't work. I have never met someone so unethical. read more

Nick came to do a swimming pool inspection at my new house in Orangevale and was awesome! I was relieved at how thorough he was with the pool & spa inspection as well as giving information about recommended repairs or upgrades and why they are important. He was so easy going but also very knowledgeable, always willing to explain anything I didn't understand. He even said he'd come back after the house deal closes & give me a lesson on how to run & care for everything. I'll definitely be calling Nick for any spa and swimming pool maintenance, repairs or further inspections in Orangevale. Thanks Nick! read more

Nick always does an amazing job! I am a realtor and I use Deja Blue for pool inspections for my clients when they are buying homes. His inspections are thorough, clear, and he is so knowledgeable. Pool ownership can be daunting for a new homeowner and he makes it very approachable. His repair and cost estimates allow my clients to know exactly what they are getting into. I could not recommend him more highly. read more

Thorough, Reasonable and Responsive. Excellent job in a very complete pool inspection with cost and recommendations for repairs. Also comes back once we moved in with support and tutorial on how to care for our new pool! read more

The people who run this business are terrible!! I have a rental property where the tenants hired them to service the pool. Joe was the representative servicing my pool. When tenants left, the pool was in a very poor shape. I hired a different company to restore the pool ( not even knowing that they we're servicing it). They claim that the tenants owed them money and they actually stole my sweeper as ransom!!! Who would do that!! I called and spoke to Joe and then Nick, they both demanded money to bring the sweeper back!!! They're thieves, I would not let them enter my property!! I actually reported them to the sheriff. read more

A friend of mine recommended this folsom pool inspection company because they were the first in California and Sacramento to provide an actual Pool Inspection and a written Report, so I figured I'd go with them first. No surprise, they were amazing. In fact they may have been the best inspection experience out of all my other home inspections (pest, hvac, home, all) because I could tell they actually cared about what they were doing. I found several homes with pools, so I had them out on more than one inspection. Deja Blue showed me which pools were in good shape and which were total junk. A very professional pool inspection company. Even after I moved in I had them do some minor pool equipment repairs which included replacing the filter pump with a new energy efficient pool pump, that literally lowered my electricity bill $142 from the previous month. I couldn't believe it. Oh but my favorite part is they always answer my questions that I text in about operation and water balance. No trips down to Leslie's here in Fair Oaks or Citrus Heights to talk with a high schooler about my pool questions. read more

I was very pleased with how quickly he was able to get our pool inspection on the books for a property we're looking to buy in Fair Oaks. The report came back immediately after payment as well - whole thing was literally done within 1 day of calling. This was a relief to not have to wait, very pleased! read more

We originally called for a swimming pool inspection. We buy and sell homes throughout the country and have used several swimming pool repair and maintenance companies. These guys are by far the most professional and detail oriented. Our Pool Inspection report detailed all issues with the swimming pool as well as an emphasis on the quality of the pool equipment that did not have issues. They pointed out we can expect good life out of certain equipment like the variable speed pool pumps and pool heater that were relatively new. The provided a complete pool filter cleaning the day of the inspection and did a water analysis on site. We now use them for our regular swimming pool service and maintenance. We would not hesitate to recommend Deja Blue to all our family and friends. read more

Inspection and consultation afterward where done in a professional, honest manner. I highly recommend Deju Blue, thanks again NICK

Nick responded the same day I texted him for a pool inspection. I appreciated the prompt response. He showed up on time to the appointment and delivered services as promised. I feel his pricing was fair and like that he gave the option of written vs verbal report, the latter being less expensive. Seems like a nice young decent man, he was friendly and knowledgeable. If we needed pool services we would definitely consider Nick. read more

I used Deja Blue for two home inspections and they are fantastic. As a future home owner, pools and spas are one of the most expensive parts that can cost a fortune to repair and own in a home. Nick was detailed, friendly and provided me with a great overview of the pool and spa issues for the inspections and a very detailed accurate report. If you buy a home, definitely get it inspected! I trust these guys and look forward to using them for pool service and orientation as a new pool and spa owner in the future. read more

I am more than pleased with the excellent service that nick and his company provides. I had a pool inspection done plus he also came out to do a tutorial on how to upkeep a clean pool. I had exceptional service just now by this Pool Inspection service company. They came out to my pool on a Friday night and performed a pool inspection to discover several issues causing my pool to nearly slide down our back hill. Luckily the weather has shifted. And all items can be repaired. What a loaf off my mind. I was recommended this company from a friend. I would use again. And their written report they gave me for insurance will be perfect. read more

Nick is a true professional. He arrived exactly on time, he provided us a detail inspection of the pool and clearly explained items that needed to be addressed, safety issues, energy saving upgrades, preventative care items and carefully answered our many questions! A few days later we were provided a detailed written report including photos. Nick was not a sales person pushing his services but he genuinely informed us on how to care and extend the life of our pool. Thank you very much for providing us such great service and valuable information! After the escrow closes we will definitely call Nick to set up weekly pool services with his company! read more

Wow. I'm impressed!!! I recently purchased a home in the Carmichael la Riviera Sacramento area and my agent at the time recommended that I use deja blue pool service perform our pool inspection. They were right on! These guys were on point. The technician was on time, well dressed, well mannered and spoke clearly. He went over all items on our pool. He was very friendly and you could tell he really liked what he did. He was knowledgable and went over exactly how to maintain the pool. I'm not handy at all from a technology standpoint. I can barely use a remote control for a tv. The technician was very patient with me. He went over my pool equipment in detail and explained exactly how to work it. He actually wrote it down and gave me his cell number. We were so impressed that we also used them to upgrade and optimize our equipment with variable speed and also the sand filter. It now actually looks brand new not like it was from the 70's. They even painted the equipment the same color as my House at no extra charge. So many small important things like that really that sets them apart. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies. I got 3 other bids for weekly service and they were actually the lowest. I'm currently using them now and will keep you updated if anything changes. These guys are 5 star for sure!!!! They called to follow up to make sure everything was working and sent me a thank you note. I will definitely refer anyone that has a pool. I love them! read more
