I got a text with a treat to sue me if I don't take the review down. He got paid to replace 3 pumps. The main pump is still not working! He didn't do it right or didn't finish it. And lied that it's working. Nick saying he is the owner of this business, got paid for a job, and we kept calling him to come fix it work. He had to come back at least 4 times to try to fix different issues with the all pumps. Still the main pump that filers the pool, is NOT pulling water. Even after 3 weeks of him trying to fix it! After every visit he calls agent or myself telling us everything is working great. (Calls-Because he just leaves without any communication) Nick is a LIAR. One Pump that he replaced still doesn't work. I have never met someone so unethical. read more

The people who run this business are terrible!! I have a rental property where the tenants hired them to service the pool. Joe was the representative servicing my pool. When tenants left, the pool was in a very poor shape. I hired a different company to restore the pool ( not even knowing that they we're servicing it). They claim that the tenants owed them money and they actually stole my sweeper as ransom!!! Who would do that!! I called and spoke to Joe and then Nick, they both demanded money to bring the sweeper back!!! They're thieves, I would not let them enter my property!! These guys are by far the most professional and detail oriented. Our Pool Inspection report detailed all issues with the swimming pool as well as an emphasis on the quality of the pool equipment that did not have issues. They pointed out we can expect good life out of certain equipment like the variable speed pool pumps and pool heater that were relatively new. Wow. I'm impressed!!! I recently purchased a home in the Carmichael la Riviera Sacramento area and my agent at the time recommended that I use deja blue pool service perform our pool inspection. They were right on! These guys were on point. The technician was on time, well dressed, well mannered and spoke clearly. He went over all items on our pool. He was very friendly and you could tell he really liked what he did. He was knowledgable and went over exactly how to maintain the pool. I'm not handy at all from a technology standpoint. I can barely use a remote control for a tv. The technician was very patient with me. He went over my pool equipment in detail and explained exactly how to work it. He actually wrote it down and gave me his cell number. We were so impressed that we also used them to upgrade and optimize our equipment with variable speed and also the sand filter. It now actually looks brand new not like it was from the 70's. They even painted the equipment the same color as my House at no extra charge. So many small important things like that really that sets them apart. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies. I got 3 other bids for weekly service and they were actually the lowest. I'm currently using them now and will keep you updated if anything changes. These guys are 5 star for sure!!!!
