Together they created a plan that suited our space and came out just as we had hoped. When excavation started, Sean stood out for how meticulous and organized he was. We especially appreciated Angelo, Bill, Enoc and others who all did quality work and left the yard in great condition. They even used extra rock and dirt to create an additional usable area, which was a nice touch. Enoc finished the project by helping us transition into pool ownership. Pricing is RIDICULOUS!! From chemicals to parts, the pricing is outrageously high. They claim their pricing is because of the quality and offering OEM parts, which is complete BS. Alternatives do exist at a lower price and are equal in quality and original brand manufacturing. Lastly, they always seem to be pushing chemicals that I am uncertain have any real value.

I repeatedly requested my quote be broken down by parts and labor costs, as well as invoices that indicated the dates of service for which I was being charged. No responses. When I finally called to cancel my service they said those requests were not possible with their billing system. Why would any invoicing system not include the dates of service or have the ability to break down parts and labor costs? Time to find a new weekly pool service.
