We actually found EJ's Bayfront Café through Yelp and were very glad we went there. It is a little hard to find being in a complex with several other businesses right near Goodlette-Frank and Tamiami intersection. It is best for breakfast, brunch and lunch. They have a pretty impressive menu and if you can't find something you're too picky. We quickly got a table outside. I ordered the smoked salmon benedict and my girl got an omelet. The food was delicious and fresh. We also noticed several people ordering the huevos rancheros and they raved about it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is very easy if you note the parking structure in the rear of the building. We would definitely go back here and suggest it to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast! read more

The French toast stuffed with apples changed my life. The service was good, and the mimosas were good. I like the food but it's a bit upscale. All in all it's expensive but worth it if you are in the area and just ran a 5k on Thanksgiving. It's also worth it in other scenarios too. read more

I was visiting on business and stopped here for a sit-down breakfast with a coworker. Quaint breakfast spot and absolutely wonderful staff!!! Our waitress was the sweetest and so patient with my coworker and I just chatting before ordering. She was also very helpful recommending the Huevos rancheros and then split the French toast for something sweet. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area again! read more

I took my parents here for breakfast today. We sat at an outside table that was still under the roof. There was a great cross-breeze that we enjoyed throughout the meal. My mom and I both ordered the banana french toast a la cart. I also added bacon. Bacon was cooked to perfection. The french toast was the best french toast I've ever had in my life. My mom also loved it. My dad had eggs with homefries and kielbasa. He said the kielbasa was delicious and that this was the best breakfast he had had in a while. Service was friendly and quick. Small cafe with big flavors. We were staying at the hotel walking distance so it was a perfect to just walk down and have breakfast there. The place is cute and the food was really good. Once you dine here you won't be able to sleep the night before your next visit! Seriously, you will be dreaming of the delicious menu. Where to start? I chose the French Toast platter, perfect spices in this challah battered bread. You could almost skip syrup. My husband raved over the smoked salmon Benny and he's had a number of NYC Benny's. The atmosphere is cute and clean. The staff were all lovely. A must if you are ever in the area. God help those who live nearby. Google'd "Best Breakfast Place In Naples" as I was planning on staying in Naples for a few days, decided to try out EJ's... Great job, as I'm sure it is the best there. I went with my wife for lunch once and breakfast another time. As others have said on these reviews, they serve breakfast all day long (big plus) and have amazing omelets (even bigger plus). It is super affordable as you will pretty much walk away with a $20 for two no matter what you order on the menu. I swear by the make your own omelet and my wife certainly loved their pancakes. Wait staff was fast, attentive and nice. It is in a nice little area with outside and inside seating that are both enjoyable. We will definitely go back next time we visit Naples! read more

I absolutely love this place. The breakfast is consistently delicious and the wait staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Eric, the owner is pretty much always on site and greets us everytime. I always get the sausage and bacon scrambler. Perfect every time. The stuffed banana french toast is also a perfect item for that sweet tooth. The black bean patties are delicious for those watching their waistband. Ohhh, and dare I tempt you with the mimosas.... Banana stuffed French toast!!! It doesn't disappoint. Also I highly suggest you order the hash brown casserole. I went to this place last weekend when we were looking for a place to eat "with a view". "Bayfront" seems a little deceptive since there really isn't a view, but the food was great! We found this place on Yelp and I'm glad we went there. The food was served quickly and all of the orders were correct. There was plenty to eat but you didn't leave feeling like you were stuffed. The service was great and we were never lacking anything during our meal. I'm glad we took a chance and found this little place. Had breakfast here with the wife this morning. Really nice location in the outdoor shopping mall across the street from Tin City, close to the marina inlet area right on the water. I wish the restaurant faced out towards the water, but the mall is multi colored Five stars for the service alone. We were seated immediately and were waited on by a man named Gene. He seemed like one of the nicest guys I've ever met, and was extremely attentive. I was slamming my coffee, and yet I never saw the bottom of the cup he was THAT good!! As for the food, it was just ok. I had the southwest skillet. Maybe I didn't read the description right bc I wasn't expecting it to have chicken in it. I just don't see chicken as being a breakfast item. I liked the veggies and the jalapeños in it, but it was just a bit bland for me. I had to add some extra hit sauce to spice it up. My wife had the bacon Benedict. The bacon was super crispy and cooked perfectly. Eggs were nicely cooked as well. Definitely a better dish than mine, IMO. However, I have had some seriously amazing eggs Benedict in my days, and EJ's doesn't stack up to the likes of some of my favorite places in the Chicago area. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fair price on breakfast in the downtown Naples area. Once you get into the 5th avenue area, the prices seem to skyrocket. read more

Fairly disappointed in the food but especially disappointed in the service! We were sat by one waitress who went through the specials and took our drink order but ended up getting switched to another waitress who took our order, I ordered a salmon special the first waitress told us about but apparently this was not on the menu.. No big deal I thought....but oh boy I thought wrong! I saw our waitress confront the first waitress and I could see her tell our waitress that she never offered it and that we were lying (apparently I am psychic and guessed a special they used to have?!?). I would have had no issues with them telling me they couldn't make it, however I have a big problem being visibly being called a liar. I will not be back and hope others dine with caution, too many breakfast spots in Naples to be disrespectful to your customers. read more

The waitstaff was very friendly and easy going. We had an egg scramble which had avocado and came with some awesome Rosemary potatoes. It was great. We also shared some amazing banana stuffed French toast. Yes, you just read that. Read it again and go try it but only if you're ok with desert for breakfast. Do what we did and split something else with a little more protein to level you out... Or take a nap for lunch. The Bayfront area looks promising but not quite built out yet.
