We come here for brunch and it is such a great spot to spend a morning. There's plenty of outdoor seating, which is perfect when the weather is nice, but they also have indoor seating if you want to escape the heat. This is now our go to breakfast spot because it is always delicious. Home fries taste as though they were made at home, with just the right crisp. Eggs are always perfect. The hash is really good. Today we were around the area and found out dinner is served on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4 PM-8 PM! Lu Lu B's and other eateries have outside covered patio setting as well as many indoor tables with a 60's diner décor and a purple theme. It has an unique vibe! Yes, dyed color Peace T-shirts, large black and white pictures of Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and others on the walls with those purple chairs. We ordered a Chicken Piccata with linguine and a blacken grouper filet. The Chicken Piccata has good lemon white wine sauce with a good amount of capers. The star of the night is the blacken grouper filet with a light wine sauce over rice pilaf and broccoli. They were well prepared and delicious. Compliment to the chef! Lu Lu B's interesting name I said to myself and not knowing what to expect. Quaint cute and very very clean. A Beatty Boop Elvis Presley themed diner with a tastefully stark decor. Not over done with simple black, white and purple color scheme. Fantastic staff, they really hustle. The menu offers the normal diner foods, nothing really jumping off the page saying you must try this. We ordered a Breakfast Burrito and ham steak and eggs. The sunny side eggs were cooked to perfection, the ham steak was a generous cut and prepared very well, and surprisingly not too salty. The Burrito was breakfast in a spinach wrap and to describe it, well let's just say it was tastefully stark like the restaurant. Nothing wrong with that at all, other than when your mind sees burrito you immediately imagine a burrito oozing lots and lots flavors. I would definitely recommend and revisit Lu Lu B's to see what else she is has to offer. especially the pasties, I will have to try that next. read more

Found this place for breakfast and didn't disappoint. Upon entering it does seem a bit eccentric, but I loved it. Its super clean and spacious. The service was great. You seat yourself and the waitress comes right over. Our waitress was Kari and she was great. Super attentive and quick. She made sure we had our coffee refilled and constantly checked on us. The coffee was delicious btw. I had the breakfast burrito and it was delicious. I ate everything! My kids had.the French toast and mini sampler. Both enjoyed their meal. Hubby had the uncarbo meal and he really liked it. I took a bite and it was really yummy. The prices aren't bad either. Very nice patio outside. When you pull up they have a lot of tables and a lot of shade. The patio is also segmented away from the street by small waterfalls and bushes which makes it nicer than eating right next to a parking lot. I tried the corned beef with poached eggs. This was a pretty good meal. Not the best one that I've ever had, but for $10 it's hard to beat. The eggs were done nicely, the sauce was creamy, and the corned beef hash had a little bit of crunch on the outer edge. This is a good place to stop by if you're passing through and need a quick bite. The food came out within 10 minutes and the server was very nice. read more

We had a very good brunch here before heading home from our Naples vacation. The 60's diner décor was fun, and our kids loved the purple theme. While we sat inside, there is a large outdoor covered patio. All of us really enjoyed our food. We tried the Smores French toast, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, and traditional eggs. Two people can eat a very filling breakfast or lunch and be under $20.00 Since it was lunch I ordered their much touted hamburger. I have nothing to disagree with the rest of Naples it is one fine burger and priced very reasonable. The ground beef was cooked perfectly and it was so juicy I had to have extra napkins. Dang fine burger. Mrs. K. ordered the BLT and liked it she thought it was the perfect amount of bacon for her. For me it may have needed like another pound or two. :) It took forever to open but from what I learned they had a soft opening and it was crowded enough for no one knowing it was open. Our waitress forgot the maple syrup and wasn't nice when we asked her as insisted she had given it to us. We have been to LuLu B's several times and after food and service are great. I usually get the breakfast and always cooked to perfection. On Tuesday one of our sons and a granddaughter flew in for a quick getaway. On the way back from the airport we suggested LuLu B's which they hadn't been to. Our service has always been fantastic there but Annie Marie was exceptional in every way. She made our little one feel so special. With all the throwbacks we had fun telling our granddaughter about poodle skirts, egg beaters and she laughed. Thank you for great food, great service and a great way to start their getaway! I've eaten at a lot of breakfast joints in SWFL and rank Lu Lu B's up there with the best of them. They have an assortment of great menu items ranging from super healthy options to some good o'l fashion Southern food. One of my sinful desires is, Country Fried Steak and Eggs and have eaten it at just every breakfast place. In my opinion, they have the best one in town! It's not overly humongous but it has the perfect crunch and the steak is not processed but actually a real piece of pounded meat. The gravy is tasty and served up with a couple of eggs. For the service, I'd say be patient, they seem to be a little scattered at least the few times I've visited due to it being busy and often had to request our drinks be filled as they don't seem to notice on there own when walking by. The real star is the food and you won't be disappointed when you leave. read more

Twenty outdoor tables serviced by 2 waitresses which lead to long wait times for everything from getting menus, taking orders, getting coffee (never got a refill), getting orders and getting the check. Solution: take 5 or 6 tables out of service so that waitresses can properly service their tables. Our waitress in particular didn't know if she coming or going. In this very highly competitive market you just have to do better. We won't be giving them another chance. Too many choices out there without the grief and aggravation. read more
