Local spot that was very authentic and delicious. Diner vibes with diner staple classics. Great service- nice and quick and really good food. Enjoyed various sandwhiches- Ruben, fish, and Philly. Really enjoyed all- recommend

Came on a busy Sunday and was seated right away. Food was great but the service was a bit slow. The waitress was nice but it was difficult to get her attention when needed. The biscuits and gravy was great and the French toast Cinnabon roll was also good.

All the food Ive tried is on point here. It's a quaint mom and pop eatery, nothing fancy but they cook with such love, you can taste it in their food. Prices are very fair and food is home style cooking both Albanian and Greek. Love this little joint! A must try and our new little favorite spot!

(Top) turkey club (Bottom) Chicken Quesadilla

My wife & I called and ordered takeout around 5-6pm on a Saturday. We rented a house nearby and were able to walk to this restaurant, so we figured we'd get some food to share and eat dinner poolside. After ordering a turkey club, a quesadilla, bang bang shrimp, and a buffalo chicken wrap (and 2 pieces of chocolate cake - all pictured except for the cake), our food was ready in about 15-20 minutes as promised by the lady who took our order. Everything we ordered came to ~$50 before tip, which in a place like Naples, is a welcome relief for your wallet. Before I review the food, let me first say, my wife and I love a good diner/cafe - we live in a small town in PA and there are lots of diners/cafes around. (So we were excited to see a cafe like this in a predominantly upscale area like Naples, FL) They can offer unique welcoming experiences, and even better, great food! I attribute that to most of them being family owned and operated - and from what I can tell, this place excels at being a great local cafe run by hard-working Americans who take pride in serving hearty well-prepared meals. The pictures don't do the food justice. The turkey club, for example, would easily be two or three turkey clubs at a chain restaurant like Houlihans. Furthermore, it's made with ACTUAL carved turkey breast - NOT lunch meat! But literally everything else we ordered tasted and looked scratch-made. Lastly, although not pictured, because we ate them later in the evening, the chocolate cake was awesome as well! They were rich dark and moist - so be sure to grab a glass of milk! So all-in-all, I would without question recommend dining here (at least grab something to go)! It won't be a utopian culinary experience but it will leave some money in your wallet, your tastebuds satisfied, and your belly full!

Bicyclette Cookshop - Tuna Crudo w/ Burrata Whey

Bicyclette Cookshop

We had an amazing experience at Bicyclette Cookshop on a Monday night for dinner with my husband…read moreand my in laws. Everyone in our group was thrilled with the entire evening. The drinks were creative and tasty, and while the wine list is short, it is very well curated. We started with the octopus, the bread and butter, and the mushrooms as appetizers. All three were excellent, but the octopus was the clear standout. I had never seen it served in that particular style before. It was a completely new preparation for me and absolutely delicious. The bread and butter was also finger licking good. For my main course, I ordered the cod gnocchi. I am still thinking about this dish three days later because the flavors and textures were so unusual and memorable. To finish the meal, we shared the chocolate tart and the tiramisu bread pudding. Both were delicious, though they did not feel quite as uniquely extraordinary as every other bite and sip we had throughout the night. One of our party members is gluten and dairy free, and our waitress was incredibly helpful in navigating the menu for her. She was thrilled with the shrimp from the daily specials menu. My only minor critique is that I wish they had a dessert option that would have worked for her dietary restrictions. Overall, this was a fantastic meal with top tier service.

I understand why Bicyclette Cookshop has such a loyal following. Most of the reviews seem to fall…read moreinto two camps, people who absolutely rave about the food and service, and others who feel it's very good but not quite living up to the hype and that prices are too high. My experience landed somewhere in the middle. First, the positives. The staff was truly excellent. Our server, Thomas, was the highlight of the evening. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely great at what he does. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and professional, and the service throughout the meal was fantastic. Except for the one employee who worked at the bike shop next-door that were a demeaning T-shirt and acted like he was the boss getting his water jug refilled. The food itself was very good, and clearly well prepared. I had the chicken schnitzel, which was served on a wonderful sauce with slices of what tasted like lightly pickled daikon radish. The dish was interesting and well executed, but I found myself wishing for a little more balance perhaps a small side salad or something fresh to break up the richness of the schnitzel. That was sort of the theme of the evening for me. Everything was good, sometimes very good (bread and butter exceptional) but it lacked that extra depth or daring flavor that makes you stop mid-bite and tell everyone at the table, "You have to try this." The burger was also excellent, but again, it didn't quite reach that memorable "best burger I've ever had" level you hope for when visiting a place with so many five-star reviews. I even found myself dipping the burger into the schnitzel sauce just to add a little more punch. To be clear, I don't mind the prices at all. When dining somewhere with such consistently glowing reviews, though, you walk in hoping to leave thinking it was one of the best meals you've had. I didn't quite leave with that feeling. In fact, I debated ordering dessert but ultimately decided that I might be left disappointed so we decided to skip it and head to Kilwins instead. Overall, it was a very good meal with exceptional service, but just shy of the "wow" factor that would make it a five-star experience for me.

Tigress Restaurant & Rooftop Bar - Delicious food

Tigress Restaurant & Rooftop Bar

(70 reviews)

-- A Rooftop Gem Where You Feel Like Family…read more I'll be upfront -- I have social anxiety, and crowds can be genuinely overwhelming for me. My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.

This experience was better than my previous 2, but did not live up to the hype. This time was…read morebrunch for a birthday. Our server was very nice and conversational, however, I think she might have a habit for forgetting to do something unless she does it right away. Before finishing explaining the sauces with the shrimp crudite, we asked a question and she immediately went to go grab another dip and didn't finish explaining the sauces. I was disappointed in the bananas foster waffles. it said there was banana caramel, and then as a separate item, it said peanut butter maple. I asked probably 2 or 3 different times where the peanut butter maple was as i had gotten my toppings on the side after seeing an order that was drenched go past my table. the first answer i received was that it was the sauce i had in front of me. it was not. it was the caramel. the next time i asked, i was told that the peanut butter and caramel are the same sauce. again, no peanut butter flavor in the sauce. the peanut butter was the thing i was looking forward to the most on the waffle, and by the time she offered to just bring me peanut butter i was almost done with it. i will say that it is a very dense waffle and difficult to cut. i'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but i had to use some force to cut into what i thought was going to be a fluffy waffle. we had empty water glasses on our table for quite some time with multiple people passing before being refilled. it wasn't until more people cleared out that we were able to get more water. the cinnamon roll thing: a very nice gesture from the restaurant for birthdays. the cinnamon toast crunch on the outside was nice and crunchy, the caramel gelato between layers was smooth, but the roll itself is a different story. like the waffle, it was dense. not sure if that's because it's served cold but we will chalk it up to that, but the cream cheese frosting has chili and paprika in it! so while we were eating it, all of our throats starting to have a spicy burny feeling in the back. imagine red hots candy for flavor profile. we didn't find out until asking that it has the extra spice in it. just something to note, it might need to be added to server explanation that there is the added spicy element, as there are a lot of people who do not enjoy spicy foods. I stand by my previous reviews that Tigress is strictly a drinks and app place.
