1st time definitely not the last time. I work right down the street and never tried Good Times. One of my co-workers went over and brought back breakfast. The sausage gravy was legit! Not a gravy with sausage flavor. You'd have to be a sausage gravy snob to understand. lol The biscuit, the eggs, potatoes .... It was as homemade taste and look as you can get. I was on jury duty and they gave us 1.5 hour lunch break. Who does 1.5 hours lunch? I got into my car drove down Airport Pulling Rd until I was far enough away from the courthouse and I would be the only one with a cool Juror badge on. I like to stand out in the crowd that way. I ordered their hamburger with swiss cheese no tomato with a side of mayonnaise. Got the tomato and did not get the mayonnaise. Deal breaker? No lose a star for that no. The burger was just average the french fries were average. Service was slightly above average. They have a sign that says pay at the counter. The counter is full of regulars so you somewhat have to block of the entry/exit to the kitchen to pay. Not that it mattered as there was no one to take my money. So I dropped the money off at the counter and left. Would I come back? Distance from the house makes it a big maybe. If I came back it sure looks to me like breakfast is the choice here. read more

First time here. I liked the whole diner vibe. Very nice and polite waitress. A lot of socializing between staff and customers. I could tell most were regulars. A great little breakfast diner with many options on the chalkboard to choose from and at bargain prices, especially for Naples. I've tried many different breakfast options here and can't come up with one to steer clear of, they are all good. This visit I had a two eggs, hashbrowns and hamburger patty all for only $6.50. To top it off I ordered the burger medium rare and it came out perfect. I eat here probably four days a wee for over two years. The owner has never said hello, hi, or how was your food I had regular bacon and eggs. As I was eating I found a hair in my food. Told the server and showed her, I had my money ready at that time and the owner came and took my money and have the change back without saying a single word. Kitchen is very, very slow ... When I was last in but I found a rusty screw, that's right a rusty screw in my home fries. I should have learned my lesson. Today it took 15 minutes to get an order of scrapple and eggs out of the kitchen and when it arrived the scrapple was mashed down super thin and burned. This is not rocket science. For those who didn't learn it in cooking 101, if it is burned and crispy you should probably do it over. They do not care.... Walked in, was not greeted, had to ask a witress if I should sit down. It took several minutes before a waitress came and asked for my drink order. Ordered biscuits and gravy. Food not bad. Waitress never came back to ask how the food tasted. She put down the check without asking if I needed anything else. Then sat for several minutes. Waitress never came back, so I approached the counter, and they said I was to pay there. How is a customer supposed to know that? Poor service, OK food, good prices. Place is dirty. read more

It really doesn't matter what I thought of the service and/or the food...as I was waiting to pay my check at the counter I saw the server check the temperature of the soup with her finger!!!!...right out of the cup going to the guest. If this was done in full view of customers I can't imagine what goes on behind the scenes!!! GROSS and against every health department rule!!
