This was a small breakfast café we stumbled upon, and I'm so glad we did. The food was excellent. The crab Benedict was loaded with crab and topped with a delicious hollandaise sauce. The apple French toast was soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet. We ordered tenders and fries for our little one, but I think we enjoyed them more than she did. This place was very busy the morning we went and I was afraid we would have a long wait, but it we got a table very quickly. Our server was very friendly, and later on never let my glass get close to empty, which was awesome because it was busy. We had the bacon and blue burger and one of the Benedicts (I can't remember if it was the smoked salmon or the crab cake...eggs Benedict aren't my thing). The burger was delicious and the fries were awesome. It was some of the best blue cheese I had eaten in a long time. The place looks large from the pictures but it's actually kind of small on the inside, and it's very loud. Add to that the table beside us with some of the loudest, most obnoxious customers I've heard and that made it less than amazing, but the food and service were great! read more

This brunch spot was a great find! The service was quick and friendly, and the drink options were on point. Everything from classic mimosas to spiked coffees. I loved that the mimosas came in so many flavor choices; I tried the blueberry, and it was delicious. The French toast was good. Nothing mind-blowing, but still satisfying. The bacon, though, totally stole the show...crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Prices were reasonable, and there was plenty of seating, both outdoors and inside, which made for a relaxed, easy going vibe. Stop DJ's for a quick lunch bite and was impressed from the moment we walked in had a really good bloody Mary and then we moved on to lunch of burgers which were some of the best I've had in the area. The service was very good. the atmosphere was very nice and the location is in a mixed juice development, which has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. What a hidden gem! Our party of four walked up, put in reservations and were seated the exact time we were told. This place is bustling, and believe me when I tell you, it's the brunch place to be. Santiago was our server, he was so friendly and has a great sense of humor. Each of us ordered a different menu item and all four were delicious! This is a no frills kinda place but man was it delicious. They have a little bit of everything and everything we tried was really amazing. We had the Banana stuffed French toast and it was greasy in the best way, haha. Buttery goodness. I wouldn't get that alone because it really is too much but man it checked all the boxes. I also got the avocado toast with over easy eggs and it was a great balance. The bacon was delicious; I asked for it crispy and they delivered. My husband for the huevos rancheros and he truly enjoyed them. The service was great and on point. It was 8 of us and we were in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Solid breakfast spot in this part of Naples! Food: banana French toast was very good! It wasn't super sweet, but just the right amount. We got the platter, which is nice to add a little extra protein and breakfast samplings to the dish. Bacon and sausage skilled was pretty solid too. It could have used a little more sausage in ours? But the potatoes were tasty and you can never go wrong with a skillet. Service: the server checked on us regularly, and the food arrived within about 15 mins of the order being placed. We were also seated immediately inside. Ambiance: indoor and outdoor seating, with most of the seating being outdoors. It's close to the water (but not on it) so it is breezy outside. First time here but my wife and I were glad we did. Our Server was attentive and very friendly. This place has the lightest biscuits I've ever tasted which I had with their Home Fries, Scrambled Eggs and Sausage Gravy all of which were as good as momma used to make. My wife had the Crab Cake Benedict with the Cheesy Hash Browns which she said had chucks of crab and was delicious as well. The next time we're back in Naples we'll be sure to return. read more

We were in Naples for a weekend getaway and it is somehow my thing to go to brunch places of a new city I go to, and EJ's Bayfront Cafe was highly suggested. The place was not hard to locate, it is nearby Tin City. Luckily, We were able to find parking immediately but the plaza where EJ's is located is a busy plaza so I can imagine how it can be difficult sometimes. My Boyfriend got the breakfast burrito. It was suggested by our server. I had a small piece of his burrito and my boyfriend and I agree that it tastes good. The only thing is, I wish it was a little bigger. I got the Philly Steak Skillet. I always want my eggs scrambled no matter what, but I should've gotten Sunny Side Up for this one. It tasted great but i know would've been better if my eggs were cooked sunny side up. For dessert, We got the Banana Foster French Toast. This was the BEST french toast i had in a while. It can be really sweet as it is sugar coated, but that is what makes it unique than the others. Based on the reviews, I thought that I made a good choice for breakfast for my group. Sadly, it didn't not live up to the hype. People must love this place because there were people in line waiting for both inside and OUTSIDE (on a rainy day!). We were seated relatively quickly which was a nice surprise. Service was very friendly. Our server was top notch - very helpful with the menu, plus offered tips for things to do in Naples during our visit. She really knew how to make people feel welcome. The food was disappointing. My Crab Cake Benedict was drenched in hollandaise sauce. After wiping off some of the sauce, the crab cake itself was mushy and the flavor left much to be desired. Maybe I was expecting too much? It's hard because Naples has so many good restaurants. The coffee was OK. I know I am pickier than most... The rest of my group was satisfied with their meal. I've been wanting to come in here for awhile. Being a local, what took me so long?? Well, a big birthday and with family visiting, and one beautiful morning, it was finally time. The place was pretty busy inside and out, but we were seated and served right away. Very happy that this is a breakfast and lunch cafe that knows how to pump out the great food quickly, but not a typical greasy spoon. This place is hip, clean with every member fulfilling their roles to keep the place running like clockwork. Homemade crab cake benedict was mostly crab, so you can tell they know what the heck they're doing. Scratch omelet made to order, with excellence home fries just right. Beverages were kept full during the entire visit, and a complementary homemade cinnamon bun to say "happy birthday" sealed the meal with a nice wish. Thanks! We were visiting from out of town and were looking for a brunch place before heading back and came across this . This place definitely exceeded our expectations considering we were a party of 6 adults and baby . My parents had dietary restrictions but they were glad to be able to find items in the menu they could eat (they created their own omlettes) . It was a Sunday so we did wait for 20-30 minutes for table but we were provided outdoor seating as requested . Ambience - Outdoor seating is still in the shade so still great for a sunny day. Service was good and the portions were very large and I had the breakfast burrito which had a good mixture of meat, eggs, and veggies which was nice to see. So we went to the zoo! After the zoo it was lunchtime. So not knowing the area we decided to pop down the road a bit and went to EJ's. It's in a little shopping spot right near the bay. We had immediate service and our waiter was very attentive and helpful. I love a good glass of ice tea on a hot day. Just going by the glass of tea I knew we would enjoy our meals! It was an excellent glass of ice tea. We all had various menu dishes and not one person felt deprived of a wonderful lunch. The atmosphere was fun sitting outdoors in the breezeway. I ordered a chorizo skillet. The ingredients sounded tasty but the execution of the dish wasn't that good. It lacked flavor, the only thing giving any flavor was the 5/10 chorizo in the dish. My girl ordered pancakes and one of them tasted so weird. Almost as if the batter was sour or something like that. I didn't know you could mess up pancakes. Either way this place is merely just a nice view, because for $50 for two, you can eat way better food in Naples. Lastly, we asked the hostess if there was any other seating option because it was windy and rainy. She said no, but we saw a clearly open table inside the restaurant that we were later moved to after asking for the third time.
