The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming right from the start, which made the whole experience feel warm and inviting. They don't really have seasonal or specialty drinks, but you can add flavors to the coffee, and the coffee itself had really good flavor. The real standout though was the pistachio cake. It was honestly one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. It had the perfect amount of sweetness while still being light and fluffy. The cream in the middle was made with mascarpone and ricotta, and it was so good I could have eaten it by the spoonful. I would 100% go back just for that cake alone. read more

Great little shop in North Naples! Naomi helped me at the counter and actually went above and beyond - with a smile! I wanted a cappuccino but only wanted 6 grams (yes, I am that guy) of vanilla in the bottom. At this shop they do pumps instead and 6 grams is only about 1/2 pump. Naomi went to the back and got the scale and did 6 grams. She offered instead of me asking...GREAT customer service! The cappuccino was very good and they had 2 different roasts of coffee, which was nice to have an option. The baked hazelnut scone was excellent and the place had a great vibe. Okay, this is now my favorite place ! They took over Carole's House, which now makes sense why the place was closed a few weeks ago. Excellent service, amazing homemade desserts, and super cozy. A lot of the yummy treats they sell are homemade, like the lemon cake which I HIGHLY recommend! You can taste the homemade ingredients which adds a nice touch. So great to have a bakery of this quality on the North side of Naples! If you haven't been yet, stop by. I've been impressed with their freshly baked muffins and croissants... often still warm from the oven! The owners clearly understand what they are doing. Customer service is exceptional with attention to every detail. One thing I appreciate is the large variety of baked goods...there really is a lot to choose from. The ambiance is also very nice with a quiet setting to meet with a friend or catch up on texts. Haven't tried many of their coffee products yet, but I've had their basic drip. It's good, but still not what I'm looking for having moved to Naples from the Pacific Northwest. But that's tough to find East of the Mississippi in any event! Super cute and clean establishment. The young man at the counter was extremely pleasant and brought our items out to us. The espresso in the iced latte was VERY dark and bitter, probably burnt. It was delicious and all of my favorite Italian meats, it had arugula which made it even tastier. The baguette was delicious. I ordered the chocolate croissant because the last one I had was delicious. They don't skimp on the chocolate. This time I ordered a berry tart. I have not eaten it yet. The shop is clean, bright and cheerful. The same young man that helped me last time was there with a smile and so pleasant and helpful in telling me what was in the berry tart. I'll be back. read more
