I was bummed that they were out of the flan latte when I got there, but I did not leave disappointed after tasting my iced miso caramel latte topped with vanilla cold foam. I was first introduced to Gldn Hour at a popup event they did, and I got a delicious blueberry matcha. I went a month ago and they were having a birthday celebration, and the special drink was an earl grey matcha, YUM. The last two times I've been the special has been a coconut mango matcha which is also very yum. Today I got the Gldn Matcha which comes with cinnamon and maple syrup. Having unique rotating specials makes this place special! The space does get very filled up, as there seems to be a Pilates studio nearby. Be prepared to stand while waiting for your drink. Was not a huge fan of the coffee or the vibe here. The iced latte was somehow both a strong burnt flavor and too milky/watered down. I'm not sure what beans they used and maybe it was supposed to be a more European style dark roast but I personally felt the coffee missed the mark. That said the staff were churning drinks out fast! Very impressed with them. The building was a bit small and industrial. The ac only pointed at the counter and there were like 30 ladies in their sweaty yoga clothes ordering the matcha. Haha! So there was almost nowhere to sit. I got the impression this is more a matcha latte place next door to the popular yoga studio than it is a proper coffee shop. A tasty discovery for craft coffee lovers in Naples! We were excited to find GLDN Hour on our cafe quest, tucked away like a sweet secret, walking distance from the downtown main drag. Two baristas created the best iced matcha and iced lattes. Daughter chose a featured matcha from the menu while I chose the classic vanilla latte. Superb! The space was tasteful and tranquil, with a few seats where we waited for our craft beverages. The secret is out (hello social media!) about this cool spot - by the time we left there was a line at the door! We didn't order food but it looks like they carry a small curated collection of items. Parking at the building's lot - plenty available spots on a Saturday morning. GLDN Hour is definitely added to our short list for Naples coffee! read more

The matcha is good but they are always out of something! Today was coconut milk. I got regular milk for my $10 matcha latte and they charged me an extra 60 cents for milk. Why? A latte includes milk!! Also always slow and hit or miss customer service. read more

The coffees were very good and clearly made with a lot of care and intention -- you can really taste the quality of the coffee and syrups in each drink. I definitely recommend the cold foam and the fig vanilla latte; they were the perfect touch of sweetness and flavor and fun without being overly sweet. The girls working today were very friendly and welcoming, and they really made the whole experience. They were easy to talk to and helped me decide what to order. The menu is small but I couldn't choose. The only downside of this place was that the tables outside were dirty, but other than that, everything was great and it didn't take long to get my coffee. It's a cute little coffee shop downtown. It was a little busy when I went but the line moved quickly. The staff were super friendly too. I ordered the Mama Flan latte and it was fantastic!
