Mitch saw me waiting outside so opened up early. He made a special order malted " Fribble" for me. It was delicious as was the cookie. It is rare to find such quality and service. We had a nice conversation about the old days working at Friendly Restaurants. Thank you Mitch's for brightening our day! read more

Absolutely delicious cookies, and the owners are beyond friendly. Always looking forward to trying new flavors!

Solid floats and local ice cream (from Royal Scoop). Stopped in for a quick treat and had a Dr Pepper float and a pistachio ice cream cone. A little bit of seating outside. Service was friendly and we had the place to ourselves on a weekday afternoon. read more

The kids loved the ice cream. It smelled so horrible I had to wait outside with our kids while my husband ordered because I thought I was going to throw up. My husband was light headed and sick to his stomach when he finally got out, and the young lady working the counter was very slow and confused. It smelled like sewage, like the toilets had overflowed with poop, and someone had taken 20 of those fake air fresheners and dumped them out on top of the poop. We are literally driving away right now, and the smell is stuck on us. This all probably sounds really funny, but we actually feel sick because of the smell and I can't believe that poor employee is able to be inside with that for who knows how many hours. That's completely unsafe... the kids love the ice cream though. read more

I stopped in here on my drive back to St. Pete Beach. I had read the reviews and wanted a treat to bring back home. I was pleasantly surprised to find many different kinds of cookies besides just chocolate ones (as one review mentioned)... although I do like chocolate. If you do not, though, they had snickerdoodle, birthday cake, I believe an oatmeal one, a key lime iced one and several variations of chocolate chip. I decided on a caramel chocolate chip cookie and a mint chocolate chip cookie. Each cookie is individually wrapped, medium sized with a puffy soft inside. I am sorry I did not take any pictures of them. I will have to say the caramel one was the best! It had such a great flavor. I absolutely love mint anything but the flavors did not meld together as well as the caramel and chocolate. Both were good, however. I would definitely return and try others...or maybe get another caramel one. read more

I had an a bsolutely fantastic cookie sundae today at Mitch's. I'm ashamed to admit that I ate the whole thing. OK, not really, but it could have been considered big enough for two. There are many varieties of cookies to choose from for your base, all in baskets on the right hand side of the door as you walk in. The ice cream choices are on a board straight ahead. The cookies are big - about an inch thick and bigger than the palm of my hand. The ice cream is "homemade" Royal Scoop ice cream, which is big in the Naples area. I chose a butter pecan with toffee cookie topped with black raspberry ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream. They warmed the cookie up, and everything was just totally delicious. The cookie was soft, the ice cream smooth and creamy. My cookie sundae was served on a glass plate with a spoon, and I was offered a cup of water, which was appreciated. My friends each chose a scoop of butter pecan ice cream in a waffle cone, and they had it halfway devoured before I even got my sundae. Must have been good!Their ice cream looked perfect - studded with pecan halves, which I totally prefer over tiny pieces of nuts. The place was not busy when we went at three in the afternoon, we were waited on immediately. They have a few tables outside for seating, and also a restroom, which I did not go into. You can also buy cookies to take home, and I thought they were reasonable at $2.95 for the size and interesting variety. I was just visiting Naples, but would certainly go back here if I was in town again! read more

I really enjoyed my COFFEE ICECREAM. Milkshake was a little more blended than I would like. Didn't try the cookies. Looked a bit stale (it could have been how they were displayed). The place does not stick out in a publix plaza. Our server was 10/10. DECOR: Santa's depressed workshop.I believe they're are going for a vintage theme, but the oldtimy radio is literally not working (authentic?). It looks like the decorator had a family emergency and never came back. The space and deco creates the strangest ambiences, def wouldn't go here for a first date. The room just Makes things awkward. Not exactly uncomfortable, just the exact opposite of cozy. CONCLUSION? Nothing to rave about, but it was satisfying. I'd go to Mitch's over Royal Scoop for Icecream but I'd rather go to Brooks Burgers than Mitches for a strawberry Milkshake read more

This place is nestled in the corner of the Publix shopping plaza. It's a small place that has a mom and pop type of feel. There are plaques of local news stories and pictures of the owners on the walls. The decor is set up like a old school diner and has stools with a old record player playing music and old cartoons on the flat screen tv. I ordered a vanilla Carmel milkshake and two cookies. The milkshake was made to order by the worker who was super nice. It was thick and rich as milkshakes should be. The cookies were enormous and moist. Would visit this place again if I was in town. read more

Stopped in during the week because we wanted iced coffee... however we all ended up getting milkshakes because they had a neat vintage mixer and all the flavors sounded delicious! We got two mocha milkshakes with malt and a creamsicle milkshake... all were delicious!! We also left with cookies- key lime stuffed, caramel stuffed, and maple-bacon! Their cookie menu is large but they don't make every cookie each week, they had about 6-8 varieties out while we were there. You can get the drinks to drink in or in a takeout cup. The woman who served us was very friendly too! Looking forward to stopping in again next time I'm in Naples! read more

This shop takes you back to the old days! Soda fountain feel, bar stools and counter, old time milkshake machine and feel. They serve ice cream, milkshakes and cookies! These cookies are a known staple in Naples! This business is ran by a husband and wife Team. Super clean and friendly service! I picked up two milkshakes to go for my hubby and kidddo. Also picked up two cookies, the Reese's peanut butter and chocolate chip with sea salt! Whoa! A lot of bite in one little bite! Wow! I see what all the fuss is about! read more

A family member ordered Mitch's cookies to be sent to me in the mail and they were incredible!! They were so moist and soft. I was impressed at how big the cookies were too. Usually it a cookie is big it tends to be dry but not these. They were even delicious heated up. I loved the snickerdoodle the most! I will definitely be ordering them for myself in the future and might use the cookie delivery as a gift idea. I will never order cookies commercially again! read more

I've only been there once but they have a great assortment of flavors. It would probably be a better experience if they arranged the space differently; like Starbucks- more of a warm, inviting cafe vibe. The cookie is very large and definitely feels gourmet. The packaging didn't add to it in any way, so that could be improved in terms of a "gourmet" dessert experience. I'm not sure if they offer to warm up the cookies for you but we didn't get that option, nor did we ask. Maybe because our order was to-go. Would go back. read more

Wonderful cookies and wonderful customer service. I went to their store on Davis and got three different cookies out of two different bins and got home and they were all the same. I called back to the store and left a message and the owner Mitch called me right back wanting to make it right. I really didn't need for him to do anything just wanted them to know so someone else wouldn't make this mistake. He was extremely nice. Our neighbor gifted us with some of these cookies about 10 years ago and we have been going back there every time we come from Kentucky and we tell all our friends!! Great service... clean... a warm atmosphere.. and KILLER cookies!!!!! Especially the raspberry chocolate chip. The milkshakes are dynamite too. Today I went in and visited Mitch's Cookies for a Coffee shake and a warm Cookie Sundae. Mitch's Cafe has only been at this location for a little over a month, but they have been in business as Mitch's for over 3 years The Cookie Café is set up like an old Soda fountain from the 40's and 50's even boosting an old cash register and an original ice cream freezer and a vintage malt mixer. Mitch himself even designed and built the solid wood counter and bar. I was lucky enough to have tired Mitch's cookies at Bills Steak and Seafood, which is why I ended up here today! These cookies are soft and thick almost like cake. They are absolutely AMAZING! At the café they have cookie sundaes, milkshakes and ice cream floats, coffee and milk. Mitch's makes their cookies daily and rotates the type of cookies they offer daily, they offer Gourmet and Gourmet Deluxe cookies. A few of the types they offer are Signature Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Plain peanut butter, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Reese's Peanut butter chip double chocolate. Hot Fudge stuffed, Caramel stuffed, Carrot cake, Almond Joy and on and on and on! Mitch's show cases Royal Scoop Ice Cream and Second Cup Coffee, both local companies. Mitch's bakes and packages and ships cookies to order and has become very popular in the corporate world and online ordering. Once you have tried these cookies you are going to want everyone you know to try them, or you may want to keep them your little secret!
