Most beautiful and delicious candy! Ordered as a surprise for a friend and they loved them!

Do not buy these chocolates. I ordered their birthday cake collection for my wife who does have a nut allergy. She's not severely allergic, but at the same time, she stays away from things that actually contain nuts. In the descriptions of the chocolates on their website the box does not contain nuts. The slip of paper said one of the chocolates contained pecans. When I called customer service they just told me over the phone "Oh don't worry it doesn't have pecans in it" For somebody with food allergies that just doesn't cut it, especially since you sent information saying the chocolates contained pecans.I will not be using them and I strongly suggest you do not order any chocolates from this particular business. read more

It is a dessert lover's dream. The moment you step in, you're greeted with an elegant display of beautifully crafted chocolates and pastries--each one looks like a miniature work of art. But the real magic happens when you taste them. The flavors are rich, balanced, and clearly made with top-tier ingredients. From the delicate textures to the bold and creative flavor combinations, every bite is a treat. The presentation is next-level, making it feel like a luxury experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended! read more

I really enjoy this place. Their baked goods are amazing. Very fresh, and very tasty. I always have one of their scones... my favorite in Naples. Of course this store is known for their chocolates! They are fantastic in my opinion. The centers are so so tasty! Try any of the caramel centers that are smooth and runny. The only reasons I don't give 5 stars is because I feel the coffee at Norman Love is really bad...like "don't drink it bad"! It's over roasted and over extracted. The other issue I have is I don't like it when I'm standing at the register to place my order and one employee is talking to another about their personal issues. I don't feel I should have to wait while they finish up. Maybe it's just me! In any event, I highly recommend this place! read more

Absolutely horrible experience. We drove 45 minutes to get here on a Friday, making sure to arrive well before their posted 7:00 PM closing time. We walked up to the door at 6:10 PM only to find a sign saying new hours they closed early--even though a staff member was clearly visible inside. I called and left a voicemail to find out what happened, but as expected, no one ever bothered to call me back. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. read more

We had just finished dinner at USS Nemo next door and decided to stop in to this shop to get a dessert to take home. They have so many delicious looking things, including cookies, pastries, bon bons, macarons, gelato, and amazing desserts. We got two of the Key lime pie desserts and a box of chocolate sea shells. This would be a great place to get a gift for someone with a sweet tooth. I loved how they packaged the dessert - they taped the little trays onto the bottom of the box so they wouldn't slide around - so smart! The Key lime pie dessert was delicious. It was pretty sweet, but I really enjoyed sharing it with Nate. It was wrapped in white chocolate and had some chocolate decorations on top. They do have some seating inside if you want to enjoy your treats there. I'd come back for more sweet treats! read more

Very friendly people who make a phenomenal array of products. I have been to this location over 20 times and never been disappointed.

Norman confections has the best chocolates in town! Their attention to detail in every chocolate and the taste is top notch. The staff was super nice and it's such amazing place to even sit and enjoy some delicious chocolate or coffee, it's not loud, it's perfect ambiance. They also sell muffins and cakes, this place can be addictive! A must try all the time! read more

Shrinked the size of the chocolates, so disappointed. I would buy when they only had the one store in Naples. the chocolates were bigger and better. read more

The very very best chocolates! I love the variety of their flavors of truffles and how cute they are. This is great for presents or just to have as after dinner dessert. Some of the truffles I have tried are: s'mores, peanut butter jelly, passion fruit, cookies & creme, raspberry, coffee -- and they will also have unique seasonal flavors that you don't want to miss. read more

Visited Naples for a quick weekend getaway and this place was recommended by a relative. The store had a wide assortment of artisan chocolates and cakes. I initially wanted to try their gelato but I got distracted by their beautifully crafted cakes. I ended up getting the Chocolate Bombe and I loved it. Very rich and chocolatey without feeling to overpowering. The base crust is a little too hard for my liking though. My husband tried a piece of their sea salt caramel chocolate truffles. He loved it. We also purchased a gift box to take home for my mother. You could either get their boxes that already come with preselected chocolate pieces, or customize your own. I picked my own chocolates since I know what my mother's preferences are with chocolates. We were also warned that we might risk the chocolate truffles getting melted if we don't refrigerate them in 30 minutes. We picked up the gift box around 1 pm, and did not come home until around 8 pm, and they ended up being perfectly fine. We just made sure not to leave it in the car when we are out and about and brought the box with us everywhere we go-- at the shopping center, in the restaurants, etc. Great gift idea or just a treat for yourself. Price is on the higher side but if you don't mind paying premium for carefully made chocolates, I recommend Norman Love. read more

Love their chocolate but recently had a very unpleasant experience that left me disappointed and I hope this will allow management to provide more training to its staff. Called on a Friday asking about the cakes which I was planning to order for Monday for my husband's birthday. The site does not showcase the cakes you can order so I called and asked about the flavors and designs available but the manager told me to look on the site. I hung up confused because I couldn't find it when I first looked so searched for it again. Called the store back asking if I could be walked through the site in finding the cake menu and told the manager I could not locate it, the same manager who told me to look on the site then said " Sorry, I'm not familiar with the site so I don't know what it has or doesn't". Since his guidance could get me nowhere and the site also didn't have anything, I hung up and went to the store on Saturday at 3:40PM(Store was not going to close until 8pm that Saturday) to see the cakes for myself. I ordered a couple of chocolates and as I placed the order, the store manager called the pastry kitchen and to my surprise, they were closed at 4pm and therefore he could not place my order. He in no instance offered a solution or was apologetic enough, all he said was sorry the pastry kitchen is closed so we can't order it for Monday. I left extremely disappointed with the lack of information he gave me, the experience I had, and ordered a cake from a gelato shop which they decorated on the same day for me. Please train your manager to be more resolution driven, learn the site, and anticipate your customer's needs. Should he have said, "please know our pastry kitchen closes at 4PM on Saturday, so we will need to enter the order before then, if you expect to have it on Monday" I would've prepared myself accordingly but there was no information given and I left without a cake but a sour taste in my mouth. Here is the amazing Gelato cake I ordered on the same day which turned out to be delicious from Gelato & Co Naples. Same price but better service and willing to help which gained me as their customer! read more

Today I was very excited to walk into Norman love confections in Naples as I've heard nothing but raves about it. A patient of mines gifted me with cookies from this establishment as a thank you to health care workers. It was delicious. So I decided that for a special birthday I would pick up a cake. Much to my dismay, I was treated like a second class citizen. I was ignored by staff! As I am ready to order no one bothers to acknowledge me as a customer. Orders were taken from people who walked in after me! It was only when others were taken care of, when finally (BEC THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE TO ASSIST) I was asked if I needed assistance. Hmph! I will never return to the store despite its decadent desserts and hence why it's rated 1 star by me. To my fellow non Caucasian looking people; take your business elsewhere. Sorry to Norman Love for hiring ignorant feebleminded beings to represent your business. read more

Amazing service and outstanding chocolate!! It's a must hit every time we vacation in Marco!

Norman love is amazing. I am definitely a chocolate lover and the truffles were delicious. My favorite of the 5 pack were the sea salt caramel and the key lime. The flavor was incredible. They are all so beautiful. The gelato was delicious. We had the cookies and cream. It was creamy and flavorful. I would definitely check them out. Would also be a lovely gift for a special occasion. read more

Yes Please! I want more. I think I will head to the Artisans Gelato by Norman Love before I leave the area. We came here and conquered! We had a good taste of the complimentary French vanilla chocolates. They were addicting, but what really got us addicted was the Passion Panna Cotta! That little piece of heaven has the zing and pop and can make anyone happy! Make sure to pick that one up. All of the chocolates are pretty, so let your eyes do the talking, but don't forget Passion Panna Cotta. After that bite, the tiramisu was ok as well as the coconut! Save the best for last and then everything will make you happy! read more

Who doesn't love it? It's no surprise this gourmet chocolatier has made a name for itself & is probably the most respected in the area. Nearly everything about this place is pristine. The chocolate truffles & desserts are magnificent, the boxing & detail involved in all aspects of preparation is very elegant, & the shop itself is very organized with prepackaged gift boxes laid out in the back, beautiful artistic photographs of their chocolates on the wall, & employee uniforms. While not cheap, top notch in every aspect. I've tried many of their chocolate flavors, my favorites are pistachio cherry & key lime. read more

My parents were living in Naples for a while and discovered this gem. They took my husband and I when we went to visit and oh my lanta, flavor town. Not only are the chocolates a treat for your eyes, they truly taste as good as they look, if not better!! The gelato is delicious also! My parents no longer live in Naples, but Norman Love's has become a regular gift within our family (they are shipping professionals) and it never disappoints!! I actually just received a box from my parents today for part of a birthday gift and I'm in heaven. It prompted me to finally write a review. From the moment you walk in, the smell of deliciousness gets you. As our final stop on our Naples trip, we went to Normans for some goodies and In so glad we did. The staff was so friendly and explained the desserts to us - get ready, there are a lot! The chocolates are to die for and they had some out to sample - cookies and cream was my favorite. We also tried the coconut and chocolate macaroons which I LOVED. If you like coconut - it is a must. Their cookies are HUGE and soft/chewy - try to chocolate chip! We also had a blondie brownie which was covered in white chocolate which was also amazing. We will definitely be back. Blah blah the chocolates are beautiful and delicious. More importantly it must be mentioned how good the service is. My partner (who has food allergies) and I were debating chocolate choices and Meli was very patient and helpful, informing us of ingredients. She even arranged the chocolates on the selection plate she had so we could be able to tell who had chosen which chocolate. After that we were debating macarons and beverages and Christine (sp) was also patient and kind. They helped us sort out a coupon and made sure we got entered the rewards program and even laughed at our terrible jokes. We then called the store later and whoever answer the phone (can't remember their name but they definitely told us) was great too. These are great chocolates. The employees are what make Norman Love a positive experience. Thanks guys!! ***I almost took stars off for the lack of a mask requirement. Last week I came in and my immunosuppressed family member couldn't go in because two women were maskless and talking loudly about how "discriminated" and "oppressed" they feel about lockdown restrictions and some antivax bullshit. Obviously not the fault of the staff- but management should get their shit together and not let maskless people sit within 6 ft of the barista station and cash register. Duh. If I didn't have so much confidence in the hygiene and professionalism of people like Meli, a Christine, and girl-who-answered-the-phone (I feel really bad I forgot her name) I wouldn't come in at all. read more

The best chocolates hands down! They are a little pricy but well worth every penny. Taste fantastic and beautiful to look at!

I am now afflicted with an addiction to Norman Love. It all started with a night I was waiting for my table at USS Nemo. I was drawn in by the offering of a sample of the peanut butter & jelly chocolate. And, in one sultry bite...I was completely hooked. My brother and I went to our dinner and then we couldn't wait to finish the meal so we could return to start selecting our very first box. I am now insistent on choosing a Normal Love chocolate out of my refrigerator first thing in the morning and another at night. I can no longer go a day without it. Every single chocolate is a work of art. Each one handcrafted. I have tried most flavors at this point. My favorites include the PB&J (of course), tiramisu, peanut butter banana, 91% nocturne, bananas foster, carrot cake. There are several from the holiday 2015 collection that I wish would stick around...I may have to go stock up today before they are gone forever--pumpkin pie, snowflake, white christmas. First words out of my brothers mouth when his plane landed the other day...do you have anymore Norman Loves? They are more than just a gourmet chocolate store...they also do very fine cakes, macaroons, and gelato. To top it off, they are a local brand that beats out any big national name. My dream for Norman Love's...if only they could offer classes for the public on making handcrafted chocolates! I would pay! I would be first in line! It would be a mega blowout rush for a slot in the class! read more

I love me some Norman Love! I was recently in Naples visiting friends and was craving ice cream. They suggested Norman Love and I couldn't contain my excitement. We stopped by mid-afternoon and it was busy. I was bummed that they had sold through a few flavors of their macarons. Jennifer assisted me as I bombarded her with my order of chocolates, macarons, and gelato. She was very friendly even though it was not the speediest of processes. I had the chocolate gelato and it was delicious! My friends enjoyed their Mint Chocolate Chip and Hazelnut Gelato, as well. The chocolates were all very good. The macarons were ok and probably my least favorite. I definitely would return the next time I am in Naples. Norman Love and several of his chocolatier's have won several well-deserved titles and awards. They have a very wide selection of pastries and desserts to please dessert lovers of all ages. I highly recommend you stop in and give them a try. read more

When I entered this place, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. The pastries and chocolates looked too beautiful to eat. They were seriously pieces of creative and beautiful artwork. A chocolate salon. Really? Oh yeah. Behind the darkly tinted windows is a divine pastry shop that eschews the harsh tropical sunlight. Inside, Norman Love lights up his shop with chic chartreuse counters, sophisticated silver & black tables & chairs, and undulating ceilings with recessed lighting. The show stopper however are the displays of individually hand-crafted chocolates and pastries. Take them home, along with the barrista's admonition to pop them into refrigeration at once. Or select a slyly crafted beauty to eat on the spot with epicurian coffee or tea. Norman Love turns the coffee break into an art form. This place had really good reviews on Yelp. I totally agree. Elaborate chocolates in a wide variety of creative flavors. We were even able to sample some chocolate.
