A bit overpriced, but it makes a nice gift for clients or something fun to bring for a get together. The Dubai brownie seems gimmicky but it's really an unbeatable dessert! I do wish their corporate people would revisit the packaging because it just feels a bit unstable transporting the long rectangular boxes. They're on the shallow side and it's even worse if you try to stack them. If their business economics don't allow for them to spring for plastic, even a cheap thick corrugated cardboard stabilizer insert for the bottom of the boxes would go a long way. read more

Love cookies? Then this is the place for you! They do offer a rotating menu which switches every Monday. So its fun to wait for the new cookies. I made my order online through the app for pickup. Once the cookies are ready the app lets you know. They have a pickup area which was nice and clean. Everything in the store area looks very organized and clean. I got the chocolate chip cookie, cookies and cream rice krispy bar, and chocolate chip cookie dough bites. All of it was delicious but my favorite was the cookies and cream rice krispy bar! Excellent experience. No line when I went in the mid day on a week day about a week after they opened. The place was clean and smelled awesome. The kitchen is all open so you can see everything going on in the kitchen and store. There are two touch screens to order, but the employee said she could take my order. Got 4 cookies, chocolate chip, oreo sandwich, sugar cookie with frosted animal cookie on top and a red velvet. By fat the best was the red velvet. Awesome frosting and rich soft red velvet cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was a tad too sweet and the chocolate was not very rich and chocolaty, very sweet. The sugar cookie was excellent. The oreo cookie was good with two cookies and a sweet oreo frosting inside. Very big. They have about 5 or 6 different cookies each week and always chocolate chip. I went to Crumbl Cookies on their grand opening. I'm the line was out the door. They had music, a DJ, some takeaway merchandise... it was a vibe. The cookies were good, very sweet. The best was their chocolate chip tbh. The cotton candy cookie had issues with its recipe I think. The price is a bit high and I wish they offered the smaller cookies for sale rather than just for catering. I feel like if they did they'd make a lot more money as people would be more likely to buy them. I think this location is an excellent representation of the chain; fast, customer service oriented, quality intact, good presentation However I recommend you don't order the chocolate chip cookie. We ordered 4 and the chocolate chip was the least delicious one. It's minus 1 star because the cookies do not live up to the hype. For me these are way too rich to enjoy and I probably won't get a crumble cookie again now that I know what it's like. They're good, not delicious and uncomfortably filling. I wish I ordered the mini versions of the big cookies and recommend you do the same if it's also your first time. read more

Came here last night with my daughters at around 6:45pm. The line to get in was outside (always a good sign). The owner (Benjamin) kindly opened the door for us once it was our turn to enter. The first thing I noticed was just how incredible the shop smelled. OMG. I love how you can order on a touch screen once you get in. It was a super easy process. The cookies then came out within 60 seconds. They were fresh right out of the oven and BEAUTIFUL looking. The owner was even kind enough to give us a free cookie because one of the flavors I wanted (chocolate walnut) was unavailable on the touch screen upon ordering since they were running out. I thought this was a SUPER kind gesture. The guy couldn't have been nicer and more grateful for all the patronage he was getting. When we got home, we DEVOURED the cookies. They were absolutely incredible. Reminded me a little bit of Levain cookie in NYC, meets Mitch's cookies in Naples. My favorite flavor was the lemon poppy. I also love the fact that the flavors change DAILY. I wish they had a few tables or chairs to sit inside beacuse I wanted to order their ice cream, but knew the ice cream wouldn't last the ride home. I signed up for subscription, not knowing it would be a reoccurring order. I see it has been 3 months of charging my card 49.99 every week. I called to speak with manager since I NEVER PICKED UP ONE ORDER FOR 3 MONTHS, to discuss getting a refund. I was told NO refund or anything.. MANAGER talking over me and being extremely rude.. Hung up on me. I'm just confused on how a company can take almost $400 from a customer, who never even picked up the orders ( so they made money off me without losing any product ).
