Yummy ice cream, fast service. I had the Pistachio which was delicious. It had full pieces of pistachios in it, not chopped. Kids cups are pricey--$6.99. And you can only get one flavor. They weigh each scoop. Looks like you get around 4.5oz of ice cream for the kids cup. I would give it 5 stars if you could get two flavors in the kid's size. read more

During my visit to Naples I went out with my family and we stop by this ice cream shop. They have a very friendly staff and amazing great flavors to enjoy. They serve a very delicious and creamy ice cream!!! On a visit to Naples, we were fortunate to locate a Kilwin's! They seem to always be located in touristy areas where parking is hard to find. That's not their fault that they are so popular! Just letting you know. We are diehard fans of Kilwin's so it's worth the hassle. My favorite of theirs is their fudge! No one makes it as delicious, smooth, melts-in-your-mouth fudge like Kilwin's does! We have tried fudge all over the world. However, they did not have my favorite plain milk chocolate fudge, not even with walnuts. They were out of it and it was only the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday! And they stay open late in the evening. Think of all the other distraught chocolate lovers like me that had to leave empty handed after driving 2 hours. They were also out of other wonderful flavors. We had finished dinner about an hour earlier and walked up and down Fifth Ave before we came upon the line at Kilwins. Let's see...after dinner...an hour walking...and an ice cream place that's packed. Yep-gotta try it. Wifey and I split a single order of the chocolate salted caramel (no lie-best I ever had) and my kids ordered singles of mint chip and chocolate chip cookie dough. A small location, and not as much stock as other Kilwins stores I've been at. There was hardly any peanut brittle and cashew brittle for sale, along with many of their other signature items. There's ice cream for sale at the back of the store as well. Staff weren't the friendliest. I asked if I could buy one of the bear claws on a tray displayed in front, and the staff member firmly said, "those are not for sale!". Alrighty then! I picked up some chocolates and peanut brittle and I was out of there. There's a few tables in front of the store where you can sit down and enjoy your treat. read more

Am in heaven. The visual alone of this store is breathtaking. It's like a chocolate fantasy. Everything here looks and smells so good and there is samples. I am in a heavenly dream. I had one scoop of dulce de leche and one of chocolate icecream. I do not recommend the mixture. Somehow one cancelled the other. Not my best choice but separate Wow!! The dulce de leche was perfectly made and it smelled so good. The chocolate icecream was deliciously creamy and Chocolatey. My boyfriend had I think called a Tuttle. That was one of the best things I had ever tasted. I think it had nuts, caramel, wiped cream and chocolate icecream in a Waffle cup. Everyone stared at it when it was served to him. Since the Covid-19 arrival, when the store has opened, it's been hit or miss for fresh apples in the taffy Apple. I've unfortunately developed a habit of buying taffy Apples here about twice a week now. Working nearby and usually coming downtown, it's hard to go by without buying their sweets I love their taffy apples, however, recently the apples have been almost rotten inside. They are soft and darkened inside near the core, even dry. Wonder if it is because there is less traffic due to the summer, off tourist season, so the apples sit around ? I don't know. Tried to contact corporate but they said to contact the store since they are individually owned. Tried to call but no answer Hope they get better. There is a new store opening up north in Mercato around November this year. Great ice cream place on Fifth avenue! It is definitely one of the crowded spot in downtown since who doesn't love ice cream after walking up and down the street? We ordered one chocolate and vanilla flavored ice cream and shared among four of us (2 adults and 2 kids). It is pretty big and very rich, so it was a good idea to share among us. Also purchased their homemade gummy bear - it was gone within minutes! Great place for ice cream in downtown Naples! Super cute old fashioned parlor that has delicious, homemade flavors. I ordered the s'mores ice cream and it may have been one of the best I've ever had. The marshmallow presence was so sweet and paired so well with the chocolate bits. I could've eaten that all day! A little pricey for ice cream but delicious nonetheless. Well They don't have to follow the a covid rules here and the employees were not wearing masks. That wasn't very comfortable for me as a patron. They did have markings on the floor where to stand but it really wasn't enforced. Yes their ice cream is delicious but the non Covid following put a dampening spirit in my visit! My vanilla sea salt caramel was delicious- I asked the employee for a taste and she did give it to me but seemed begrudgingly. Since this is the only place in downtown Naples for ice cream and other goodies, it is definitely a tourist stop. Prices are very expensive for what you get. We purchased some chocolate covered small bite sized items (truffles, peanuts) and all were $33.99/lb. We spent $25 for less than 10 mini one bite pieces. You are better off paying for Godiva chocolates. To top off the expensive prices, the service was terrible. We waited in line to be helped as the woman just stared off into space at the register even with a line. I finally had to say can you help us get some items?! She blanket looked at me and then when I asked about pricing etc. she had no clue. Then as she was getting our chocolates the line grew longer and people with melting ice cream cones wanted to pay. The sea salt caramel ice cream was phenomenal! In San Francisco, we have tons of local ice cream parlors so I've tried sea salt caramel in a lot of places. I have to say, Kilwins is my new favorite. I loved it, because there were chunks of chocolate in it! At first, I wasn't sure about the texture and wanted to add a topping, but when I saw there were chocolate chips I realized I was in good hands. 1 scoop in a waffle cone was more than enough. I loved how simple their menu is. It can get confusing when you're deciding between flavors and then they offer full scoop/split cone options, so I love that they keep it simple with just scoops, a waffle cone, a cake cone, and a cup. Great Italian Ice!! I had Strawberry and my friend had chocolate ice cream and both were delicious. Cute store and lots of employees so you don't have to wait long. We ordered some fudge to take as gifts to the employees at the JW Marriott because they have been so sweet and helpful. I must admit I ordered extra for my room as well. It was rich and delicious! Yum Yum Yum Yum YUM! This spot was on the same street as our hotel, so I'm actually pretty impressed that we only came here twice during our trip! First off, you can smell this place from about a block away in every direction - I believe it's the fresh-made waffle cones that create the sugary-sweet air which wafts in every direction, tempting you all day long to come in and get a scoop. Secondly, note that there is ALWAYS a line. We came here twice (yes, twice!) during our vacation, and the line was out the door onto the sidewalk both times. The second time we arrived within 30 minutes of closing (they closed at 10 that night), and I was worried we'd get cut off! Thankfully we didn't! Truthfully I didn't mind the line, as their list of flavors is almost as long as their line, it gave us plenty of time to narrow down our flavor choices. This is handmade hard ice cream - and it's every bit as creamy, delicious, and decadent as you'd expect. Their flavors range from the normal to the extreme. I tasted toasted coconut, cappuccino chocolate chunk, Georgia peach, and chocolate peanut butter. I ended up ordering mint chocolate chip the first night, and Kilwin Tracks the second. There's a waffle CUP option, which I splurged on the second night - the benefits of a waffle cone, but made into the shape of a single scoop cup (and fits into a cup) = perfection! read more

Five sweet yummy stars!! I like this place so much because it has everything we love. My kids love ice cream and I love chocolate so this is a perfect match for us. This is a flawless store with excellent service, prices are a little high compared with other places but not too high compared with the amazing sweets they have. They have different ice cream flavors and different fudges too. They also sell beautiful keepsakes like mugs, spoons and some other stuff great for gifts, with beautiful phrases on them. As a St. Pete resident who occasionally patronizes Kilwins on Beach Drive, I know how scrumptious their ice cream is, so I was excited to see Kilwins on Fifth. However, I was very disappointed and very angry when I walked into their Naples store to see about 20 customers in line with no masks, chatting loudly, with no social distancing even though their were big stickers on the floor denoting same. Not only that, but there was one young employee behind the counter serving ice cream NOT wearing a mask! The only employee I saw wearing a mask was a young woman behind the cash register. So I abruptly, with my friend, turned around and walked out. Unlike most of the businesses on Fifth, there were no signs on the windows or at the entrance saying that masks are required for entry. As much as I wanted ice cream, there was no way I was going to put my health on the line for it. This store owner was obviously not adhering to county guidelines, as most of the other businesses along Fifth Avenue,and has a total disregard for the health and well being of its customers and staff.
